Know what you
Installed on my ‘11 Tacoma. I Had issues with the aftermarket headlamps that came with the truck when I bought it. After weeks of scouting the internet, I found that Alpharexx had the right aesthetic (18 Tundra DRL look) coupled with positive multi-source reviews.Went with Pro series, as others have, so I could swap the H7 halogen bulbs for LED’s. If I were to do it again I’d go with HID’s which I read work better in a projector. The good: Excellent DRL signature-these are bright and they look fantastic on my pickup.Good high beam color (6000k) and patternProgressive turn signal is bada**Low beam color and throw is good, but the spread is somewhat inconsistent. I attribute this entirely to the LED’s as I was able to adjust the passenger side bulb for a great consistency. HID’s may be in my future. The not-so-good: Parking color for DRL is amber. Sometimes when I start my truck in 1st or reverse (manual trans.), release the hand brake and switch the lights to the on position the low beams will fire but the DRL is “stuck” on amber markers rather than switching to white DRL. Simply switching the lights to the off position and then back on cures the issue. Deal breaker? No. Annoying? Certainly.Turn signal delay: the progressive turn signal looks awesome, yes, but it doesn’t respond immediately. So, when I unlock my truck with the fob the front markers don’t illuminate but rear lamps do. The pulse simply isn’t long enough for the new headlamps to process and “fire” the DRL amber signal. If you have a habit of chiming your lock or unlock a few times to find your truck, this might be borderline stupid for your use-case. Deal breaker for me? No. Annoying as all get’out? Certainly.

Great Customer Service
Very good customer service and quick on solving issues. Just heads up if you own a Tacoma without running lights that you’ll need a converter. You will have to note that in your order or you’ll be driving with orange running lights. Once again there customer service is great in helping out.

Look good but no customer service
Look great! Switched out the halogen for a LED and they’re way brighter than stock description is deceiving saying high and low beam are h7 and this is not true only the low beam is h7 and the high beam is a built in led and does not look like it can be replaced ... blinker works but will flash very quick without the drl harness.. installed the drl harness just as its recommended by alpha Rex on there website and the blinkers function normally but no sign of the white LEDs. I was under the impression that it was suppose to be white LEDs for the running lights and only the turn signal was yellow... idk if this is just how the PRO series is and you have to get the LUXX or NOVA to get the white or if mine aren’t wired correctly, I wouldn’t know because Alpharex will not answer any phone calls, texts , Emails, Facebook messenges, or instagram messenges... I’ve tried to contact them multiple times multiple different ways and I’ve heard NOTHING back... super lame and the biggest reason for 2 stars and the only reason I ordered them through amazon... they seem to be of good quality and build but zero customer service
