Attractive, inexpensive, easy to assemble, and comfortable
We purchased this chair as a side chair for our home office. It arrived safely and was packed correctly, with no missing pieces. Putting it together was easy for the most part. For instance, the seat cushion bottom was cleverly designed with velcro to adhere the fabric to the seat frame, allowing easy removal of the fabric to access the bolt holes for attaching the seat bottom to the chair back. That was a nice, unexpected touch!I did have a problem keeping the barrel nut aligned with the bolt to attach the cross brace to each wooden side assembly. The barrel nut would shift whenever I tried to screw the bolt into it. However, I discovered that I could use a piece of Plasti-Tak to stabilize the barrel nut while screwing the bolt. (Modeling clay would have worked, too.) Once I figured that out, the rest of the assembly was straightforward. After tightening all the bolts, I was pleased that the chair was very sturdy, attractive, and comfortable.I would recommend this product to anyone seeking a sturdy and comfortable side chair.

No to bad for the price.
Ordered 2 of these chairs in Grey. I have had these in my cart for a few months. I would keep looking at the bad reviews and I kept walking away them. Finally I did pull the trigger and I'm rather happy with them. They are being used as accent chairs so they really will not see much sit time but only when guests are over.Complaints from other reviews.1. Poor quality - I would say the quality of the 2 I received were 8 out of 10. One small defect on the arm. To me, not enough to complain about.2. Size, many complained about them being small. A average person will have no issues but if you big or tall these may not be for you.3. Hard to put together. Both chairs I purchase were easy to put together and took no longer than 15 min to do so. My suggestion and this is how I put them together. As you put these together just barely screw the screws just to the point they barely snug. This will allow you slightly move pieces so you can align all of the holes. So initially I am very happy with them. They look good and they are OK on the comfort. Though time will tell on how they will hold up. Nothing in the construction jumps out at me as "Oh this will be where it fails".The only complaint I did have but it did not affect me but could affect someone else is one of the chairs did not come with instructions. Which could lead to some confusion on the construction.

Classy looking at a good price
Delivered on a rainy day but boxes were well packed & in plastic. Set up was fairly easy. One side on both chairs screw holes were not aligned perfectly but easily fixed. One arm was slightly nicked but not visible. Only real complaint was the “stickers” to cover the screw holes. Chairs are well made, very sturdy and comfortable.

Lovely chair - great look
I searched for a comfy, basic, not too expensive but nice looking armchair for the bedroom for a long time, finally selected this one. Was a little hesitant reg. some negative reviews, but I really LOVE it! It looks more expensive than it is, very cool, classic style, easy to assemble and comfy, sturdy and just nice. Oh, and my cats love it too, starting to scratch it, so I might just buy another pretty soon! Recommend this, it's a really nice chair, good bargain!

Pain in the a** to put together, but it's cute and firm.
Don't get me wrong, it's cute and exactly what I was looking for. BUT it is a pain in the a** to put together for just 5 pieces.1. The screws & whatnot were labeled wrong. I thought they may have given the wrong hardware set, but then realized I had the right parts, just not where they were supposed to be. There wasn't even one of the letters.2. Directions show to put the leg/arm on while the cheat is on its back. No. The leg/arm is angled so if you do try to put it on while it's laying down, you have to put something under the back. I ended up just flipping it on its side.3. The holes for the leg/arm screws aren't threaded well so getting the screws to actually screw into them was a pain. I almost gave up. Instead I almost broke a her key and did crack the arm. My fault so I can't return it. Luckily it didn't go all the way through.4. Neither did the leg/arm screws that attach to the back. Once I did finally get them to catch, it's like something is warped and my option was leave the seat not flush with the leg/arm or leave the back not flush. I decided I'd rather not have the bottom fall off. So there's a small gap between the couch back and the arm.Again, it's pretty. It looks exactly as described and pictured. It's a perfect little 2-seater loveseat. It's definitely firm - which I like but some people what something to sink into. This isn't it.My advice? If you want a mid-centry modern loveseat with a firm cushion, get this. But have a 2nd person with a lot of muscle in their hands/fingers. I put it together by myself and my fingers are blistered and bleeding from trying to force those stupid screws into messed up threads.

Terrible product.
I have assembled 100’s of RTA pieces and I have to say this is the worst i have ever seen.I ordered two chairs matching and the arrived one black and one brown….. I wish that was worst part. The milling for the hardware was over machined and the parts fell into the arms of the chair. After shaking the hardware out of the wooden legs I tried to dry fit the parts before jimmy rigging a fix and the hardware was cross threaded before i even had a chance to begin. There was no way this was ever going together without extra work. After using a tap and die to clean up the threads i then had make a wood shim out of toothpicks to hold the barrel cam in place while I aligned the screws.Total pain!Of course i finally finished the chairs but it was not fun.Spend a few more bucks and buy a better chair.
