I have to admit, I love the quality of the product, and I love the colors as well. I just have to say that I strongly dislike the way that the product is packaged. It is heavily folded, and when I unwrapped it, it was wrinkly and had the fold lines ingrained in the structure of the rug, especially on the ends. How am I supposed to flatten out the rug, so that it looks nice? How am I supposed to get rid of the noticeable fold lines on the outside? I have tried leaving it folded the other way for hours, just leaving it open flat, and even vacuuming it, but nothing works.

Exact color I was looking for to tie my room together; smaller than expected; it's soft enough; it came faster than stated and packaged well enough. I unrolled it, laid it down and it lays pretty flat. I would buy it again.

Gorgeous rug, great quality. However, the way they packaged the rug was pretty crappy, I can’t understand the logic? I had to unwrap it and immediately leave it under my heavy mattress to flatten out the indentation caused by poor packaging. Otherwise I would have given the item 5 stars
