Solid, works pretty well especially for the price.
When it feels like turning on and working, it does a solid job. It’s certainly not made for shops or professionals, nor extremely detailed work(and the listing is clear about that which I appreciate) but I was impressed for how well it handles simple designs. It does have issues turning on sometimes which is really frustrating. I’d say about 15% or so of the time it just refuses to power up. I check all the cords, unplug and wait, try again, etc. but it just won’t wake up. Then a few hours later or the next day it’s totally fine.So make sure it turns on before you set everything up otherwise you’re gonna waste a lot of time begging the machine to work (but I’ve learned begging doesn’t help, you’re at its mercy.)It’s nice that it comes with decent instructions with a couple pictures but it needs more explaining—especially about cleaning, aligning, scanning shade vs printing shade(you can change them but it doesn’t explain what they actually do?!), as well as general maintenance—how do we clean the roller? With water? Rubbing alcohol? Something else entirely? Are there other part of the machine that needs cleaning or maintaining? It says you can align it with a4 paper but it also says it only take regular 8.5 x 11” paper so that’s pretty confusing. I’d like to keep this thing (mostly) running as long as possible so those questions would be helpful to know.It certainly works better if you use better transfer paper, though you don’t need the real expensive stuff to get a solid transfer (I’ve also found most of the fancy stencil stuff doesn’t work great—the ol’ speed stick trick works better probably 60% of the time. The best paperI’ve found price wise is pirste face, but the more expensive ones are good too—(not sure if we’re allowed to mention other brands so) the green transfer paper is good for dark skin and the red is good for light skin. Everything else is purple and your mileage will vary on that.Overall, I’m happy with this little fella. It’s quick, quiet, does a decent job 85% of the time and a great job 70% of *that* time. The other 15% of the time it just….won’t wake up. I guess we’re all tired.Seriously though—what does printer shade and scanning shade and what happens when you make one darker or lighter?!? Someone helppppp me.

Can't get no better then this.
I use this for tattoos. It's so much easier then trying to draw the picture out.

I’ve only had this product for a few months and it’s stopped working!
The media could not be loaded. I’d like to get a full refund ASAP! It’s impossible to work with something that breaks within a few months.
