Helmet does everything it says. Makes the daily commute a lot more bearable. Easy to use, and bar the odd reception black spot, sound works very well with my phone. Software is easy to load and after 3 months, no issues.The first helmet has a fault as the battery didn't last 30mins, the guys at Second Chance could not have been more helpful and very quick to sort a new helmet out for me.Best service I've ever experienced.

This helmet is fantastic, it is very comfortable, the Bluetooth connection is easy but for me the stand out feature is the PTT Walkie-Talkie function, my wife wears hearing aids so struggles to hear my because of the wind noise, wearing LIVALL helmets with this function solved this problem. Thank you LIVALL for a great safety product with function.

The negatives first. The controller came with a dead battery. As the instructions are quite poor ( even on the net) it took a while to figure this out and then to connect. It doesnt come in a larger size, so if your an xl head, this isnt going to fit.The speakers are poor quality, dont expect to be listening to music on your travels. Probably good enough for a phone conversation if your travelling slowly. Not the most comfortable helmet to wear.Needs your phone to be fully functional, forget to bring your phone and most features will not work.But thats it for the negatives.The amount of features this hat has, makes it a must. Particularly if you are a solo rider.Buy it for its safety applications, which includes some very good lights and you should not be disappointed. The rest of it is window dressing, because of the poor speakers.

Really really love this works perfectly with my Apple phone and Strava, love this helmet so much cars always slow down when the see the lights in the helmet. The indicators work really well for other road users to know what I’m planing when turning.

The media could not be loaded. Positive:1- Good material2- Stylish3- lightDownside:1- Dark, not noticeable by drivers. No reflective lights nor bright colours (photo1)2- Indicators and break light are hardly noticeable during the day and in between night and day. Ex at dawn. of (photo2)3- The feature “Ambient light adaptation” doesn’t work if there are street lights or any light. It adapts only if it’s pitch black. (photo3)4- The supposed night light doesn’t have the option to stay on. It flashes/flows every 5 seconds. It’s a long time to stay unnoticeable on the road. I had to buy and extra light that I attached to the helmet. (photo4, 5 & video).5- The front padding is hard. If I wear the helmet more than 1/2 hour I get a headache. (photo6)6- The clip keeps pinching your chin and the padding next to it is too small to go over it.7- The sound is ok if you play music. It has to be loud music if the road is busy or if it’s windy. Anything involving speech like an interview or listening books is useless, even on a quite road.8- The app that comes with it is absolutely useless. It doesn’t sens when you are moving and it’s GPS can hardly find your location.9- It’s so fragile.I regret bitterly my buy. Can’t return it as I’ve received while I was in holidays and couldn’t retour in less than 30 days.The most important features on a helmet, ie Security are a total fail. What’s the point to look stylish when you are flat dead on a road.

The speakers are rubbish, they are acceptable if you are going low speeds but as soon as the wind starts rushing past your ears you just cannot hear a thing.One speaker is louder than the other.The remote to control the lights has too many buttons on it, trying to press with some thick gloves on is quite difficult as it is a circular design I end up turning the volume up or down instead of the indicators left or right.You have to press the indicator multiple times before it activates. If you haven't used it in I think 10 minutes or so it will disconnect.Biggest helmet is quite small and digs into the back of my skull.Charge for me is fine and lasts many days. I only use it for 20 minutes a day though.

Liked the look of this helmet and was a great price. Didn’t realise it’s so clever, you need to charge it up and it’s controlled by your phone with an installed app. Bright lights front and back which you can change and it comes with a separate switch for the hand bars, I haven’t fitted this. Has built in speakers so can play music have a conversation via the helmet to the phone. Helmet is heavier than my previous helmet and doesn’t fit as well as my previous one. But super confident that I will be seen at night.
