Brilliant toilet seat we needed a new one as our last one didn't fit quite right and our toilet is space saving so the previous seat was difficult to get your hand behind the toilet to do the screws up. This one is great because it has the prongs simply go into the holes with a cap instead of having to spend ages screwing up and down. It's a comfortable seat, soft close so doesn't wake the kids up at night. Also the parcel was delivered quickly. As soon as I noticed a crack in our old seat I went and looked for other seats this one ticked all the boxes. Will buy again if we need another. (My kids have a habit of climbing on the closed seat to reach the sink so it gets well used!)

This seat arrived really well packaged. But I see why as its much thinner than my old seat. Im no DIY buff but fitting took around 45 mins, including removing the old seat, realising I needed tools, getting tools, unpacking, realising I needed different tools, getting tools, the deciphering the instructions. Once id figured what I needed to do regarding the old fittings it was quite easy. Only 4 stars though as I could not screw that bolt in any tighter but im not convinced that if I remove the seat, the bolts won't come up too. Yes, the plug is in the correct way, the springy things are flush against the toilet. Maybe it's just not sturdy enough plastic? You could say that about the entire seat though. I also can't get it to lie flat on the loo! As if the plastics warped or something. It closes lovely though, slow and gentle and it looks smart. Anyway, it will do for now or until I break it again like the old one!!

Great soft close toilet seat, good and sturdy plastic, does the job. Finish is good bright white, it doesn't look cheap. Plastic is very solid, not flexible or bendy.Fitting was straight forward, I had to modify the plastic fixing plugs slightly by shaving off a small amount of plastic around the sleeves as were too thick to fit the holes., but I'm happy to do that. The seat is stable and hasn't moved about at all. I like the 'remove the whole seat' function with a release button for easy cleaning.I have a 13 year old Wickes Fresno toilet. Wickes don't make these anymore, and the old seat had faded and turned yellow in places. After lots of looking around and measuring up. This seat fits perfectly, the width is just right and length too. Enough clearance to lift the lid and have it rest open against the cistern.Good quality, happy with it.

This is my 2nd time ordering a toilet seat in the last 2 and half years and as far as fitting goes, it was a breeze. Not to say fitting with the other one was difficult but the issue with the last one was that the plastic anchor fitting going into the toilet wasnt great and i could tell from the moment I fitted it (had to change the plastic anchor 3 times since fitting). Not to jinx it but I already know this wont give the same issue. Fitted very snug and there was no lift upon closing which means it's tightly fitted. Very happy with the product and expect this to last long enough.Another positive is that it is all white so gives a seamless look that I prefer to having silver caps.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Seat seems sturdy enough and decent value for the money, but... my toilet is standard and I've bought a number of seats for it in the past, yet this seat's fixings are slightly too big for the holes. Also, they're plastic and look like they'd warp if tightened too far. Would have been better if they were metal or a better simpler design. Fortunately the old bolts from the old seat did the job, so all good in the end... so far...

Well what can I say here I am reviewing a toilet seat.. absolutely love it I never thought it was possible to love a toilet seat so much. It does what it says and it was £20 spent well bargain. Just order it you will not be disappointed.

Item itself is fine.. Customer services are the problem.. I had problems wuth the inital fitting and I needed a spare couple of plastic anchor bolts.. After contacting customer services they got back to me wanting to see the invoice. Which I duly supplied. Then they said it will probably be quicker and more convenient if I purchased the bolts from a hardware store. Which I cant do because these bolts are particular to this company no one else sells them.. After explaining this to them they came to me requsting photos of the problem... IT's two plastic bolts they cost around 10p just send the bolts.. I do not want to get drawn into a saga over it just stop the stalling and nonsence requests just send me the bolts.....

Ordered, delivered and fitted within twenty four hours, I was lucky to get this on a limited time deal. It's really easy to fit, and has some nice features like the push-button quick release which makes the seat really easy to remove for ease of cleaning, etc.It's made of plastic, but the gentle closing lid is a nice feature. Happy to recommend the product.
