Q: Will a 5 foot swing fit?what are the dimensions of the frame?

Another reason I would not recommend this frame. They do not even state the dimensions in the description. I think that it would hold a 5 ft. swing. I found these dimensions on another brand of swing that is like the one we ordered (that I wish I had ordered instead of the Vingli. The dimensions for the Comfly swing listed were - DIMENSIONS: 46.0"(L) x 22"(W) x 23"(H), Weight Capacity up to 450Lbs Again I would not recommend this frame. It was uneven (as another buyer stated also) and is VERY flimsy. Plus it was not easy to put together.

Q: How much weight can this frame support How much weight will it support?

My wife and I together weight 450 lbs sometimes our young son jumps in our laps, this holds us just fine and the frame doesn't even make a creaking sound. I bought it for it's weight capacity.

Q: Are springs helpful using with this frame? you recommend springs if hanging swing on this frame?

No, if you have chains that support the amount of weight you plan to put on it (including the weight of the swing itself), you should be good :-) This frame is shorter than I expected, but that makes it easier to sit down and it's been quite nice for me so far :-)

Mine has been on a wooded lot since last year. It still looks the same as it did when I purchased it.

Good swing holder

Easy to put together. Had all the parts. Came sooner than expected. My husband and I put this together in thirty minutes. Holds us and my wooden swing. Seems sturdy. Like most outdoor furniture I will probably cover it this winter so it lasts longer. Overall this was a good purchase.

It’s sturdy

the reviews sounded good and it seemed sturdy. Came fast and the box was heavy so I knew I did good. It did take 2 of us to set it up as other reviews said. Directions were somewhat easy. As with most putting something together tests your marriage this one wasn’t to bad. Oh yes, be sure you measure your swing so you get the right size.

Nice But Needs Anchors

This swingset holder pulls my swing well and is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It should come with anchors for the ground because high winds can flip it over.
