Review update
Installed in July of 2023. March 2024 both tires came apart and on tire will not hold air. ONLY NOT LASTED 8 + MONTHS.

Extremely poor quality rubber
In less than 6 months of light-duty use the rubber on the first set of gate wheels had cracked so badly, the tubes were going flat regularly. The good folks at Jake Sales went above and beyond good customer service by replacing with a whole new set, even though it was past the Amazon return date. Unfortunately set #2 didn't even make it three months before tire went flat and I did another close inspection of tire. Material in one area of the tire was paper thin and reinforcement braiding was not imbedded in rubber composite. Surfaces showing premature signs of deterioration and tearing--after only 3 months in the mild spring weather! Used on a smooth asphalt driveway surface with weight load of less than 75 lbs. Contacted seller just to make them aware that they should discontinue distribution of this terrible product to preserve their reputation. Did not ask for a replacement or refund, as I intended to keep the axle assembly and buy good foam-filled tires from local Les Schwab. Candice, at Jake Sales gets 5 stars for customer service with timely response and insisting on full refund. I would definitely buy from Jake Sales again, but stay away from this particular product. Manufacturer clearly has no sense of quality control or basic understanding of simple product durability. However, having said that, the axle assembly appears robust enough. The problem is with the tire material--rubber or chewing gum composition.

A bit expensive.
Replaced a neighbors wheel carrier with the Jake. R & R went fast, with no problems. The axle is 9/16", not 1/2", so finding wheels is a bit of a problem, and did not want this to turn into a never ending search. At $50.00, I thought it was a bit expensive, but I did not have to pay for it, just put in the work.

Anyone can install this product. Only needed one wrench.
The installation was very easy, only took about 10 minutes.I installed this product on a 16 foot rolling chain link fence gate.

Poor Quality - Wonky Wheel, missing parts
The media could not be loaded. Product arrived in a partial plastic wrap.Missing nut; luckily, the nuts of the unit I was removing fit.But worse, one wheel is cockeyed, rolls like a drunken fool. I suspect this get returned once before.Not sure why the directions included a religious message.Would not recommend! I'd return it but I just dont have the time to wait and reinstall again.
