Great versatile piece of gear!
I love this thing! It has so many uses for photo and video production. It can easily support the weight of a DSLR or mirrorless camera even with a fairly large lens allowing you to get creative angles not possible with a traditional tripod. I've also used it to hold lights, a monitor and reflectors. Like having an extra hand in the studio. The ability to add lengths or shorten is a bonus. Takes a little muscle to add lengths and move the arm to different positions but that only adds to the stability. Add an optional clip to the other end and it can hold just about anything. Will also support any piece of gear that uses a 1/4 20 thread. Get One!

Tested light
Used this to put together a flexible work light like Adam Savage did on Tested. Easy to add sections to and stiffen up with some armature wire. Clamp is very strong (dented one of those big plastic foldable tables) but fairly easy to use. Overall pretty great.

Nice clamp / holder for camera and other gear
I use this with one of my GoPro cameras, works great and is very sturdy.A little expensive, but a lot better than the knock off ones.

Essential part of a professional kit
I would not put a DSLR on this but its great for a strobe (580EXII) and transceiver (PocketWizard).This became an immediate part of my kit for all events or on-location shoots. It's very convenient to clamp this to an existing structure (speaker, light, DJ rail, door frame, tree, etc) than to setup a stand that can be in way and easily knocked over.

Rugged, strong and well-made
A very useful tripod-substitute, perfect for when there is not a flat surface around, when using a tripod or monopod would not be practical or possible. The very strong clamp will attach to a tree branch, a metal railing or the edge of a desk. The articulated extension can be twisted and bent to a great degree, to position the camera as you wish. I have used it with small cameras and some small DSLR's, but have not tried it on a full size camera, yet.

Crazy sturdy and solid construction
WOW! What a great and versatile mount, secure. Clamp is serious and works better than suction mount for light. Highly recommend.

Terrible product with even worse customer service
Product was clunky and didnt meet expectations. Beware that the unreasonable sellers will refuse to issue a refund for over a week and wanted to charge a 20% restocking fee. Thankfully Amazon stepped in and issued a full refund.
