The boxes the mattresses came in were rather small by comparison to what we were expecting (conventional "big-ass" mattress size). VERY. WELL. PACKAGED.Once opened, it is revealed that the mattresses (and complimentary pillow) are flat compressed, wrapped in plastic, then rolled and wrapped in plastic again (did I mention well packaged?). Carefully cut the outer plastic wrap (that maintains the roll) and it almost begins to unroll for you. Unroll it and lay into position. Carefully cut one end of the plastic wrap that surrounds the mattress itself, remove like a sleeve and the mattress slowly begins to take shape. At first, you can hear a hissing, like a balloon inflating, but it soon subsides as the mattress reaches actual size. No offensive odours detected. The only thing we can say is the wonderful "new mattress" smell!The outer covering has a beautifully elegant "embossed" pattern, you almost don't want to cover it up with sheets.Instructions say wait 72 hours before using but after 2 hours, we HAD to lay on them. Will update the review after 72 hours but, initially... Hoe-lee-Sh*t. THIS is what a bed is supposed to feel like.

the bed was great to begin wit, but now 2 years later it is the worst mattress ever!please do not buy this bed.the bed started sagging in the middle about 20 months.cooling heck left after 3 months sleeps like an oven.would like to get some sort of customer service to see what kind of warranty they have.This bed is the worst ever

Update 9/1/2018: still amazing. Very firm & has kept shape & fluff.1st night in paradise...a very firm paradise. Arrived fast, no weird smell & the entire thing reinflated immediately to the full height, corners & all. (I did leave it a few days due to moving the old mattress.)My old mattress was over 10 years old & so soft I couldn't turn over, much less get out of the bed without becoming a contortionist. This new one is super firm but still comfy. It's going to take some getting used to but so far I'm thrilled.

Pre-empting this by saying I'm reaching out to the seller today but I will write first impressions - we ordered the split king so got two mattresses. We unwrapped them on the 21st, we waited 2 1/2 days to let them off gas (they had an OVERWHELMING chemical/material smell) and fluff up. It is now the 26th. They both still smell quite a bit which is unfortunate, I am getting headaches, though I think my side smells more strongly than my husband's does, and he concurs. The other, and major, problem I have is that mine seems to have never expanded to it's full size. It is at least an inch shorter than the other one and it is squishier. We took turns trying each one out and mine is definitely more indented and less supported. This is terrible on my body and along with the smell it's making me sleep on the couch.I will say that if both of the mattresses were like the one on my husband's side we'd be definitely upping our stars on this review, with a side-contingency on the smell going away. It's really noxious and one of the reasons we bought this mattress(s) was due to so many reviews saying they didn't smell bad.

I saw the same mattresses in a mattress store for $1,099 each. I have now sept on this mattress for 2 years and I ya e to say it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I travel a lot and coming home to sleep in my own bed is amazing. Especially when you have this mattress. I have to say for the value 6 stars, comfort 6 stars( I am a large man), durability 7 stars. Even though they don’t carry a lifetime warranty this bed is well worth the money and then some.If you are hesitating..... DON’T..... buy and get the best sleep of your life.I sleep on my side 300+ man and two years and counting. It’s just as firm and comfortable as the day it arrived.

Long story,short; this was the 3rd set of mattresses we have bought in less than a year. The first was over a thousand dollars- failed in less than 6 mo. Under warranty, pd $100 more upgraded no good so we bought these memory foam Dynasty mattresses. Several months later still like new. Sleep great. Very happy with these mattresses!

I was skeptical about buying a memory foam gel bed coming from a posterpedic mattress that I have had had over a decade. I decided to get an adjustable bed frame which required getting a more pliable mattress. After much research online, I came across this product and decided to take a leap of faith and am not disappointed. I also purchased a breathable mattress cover.The first night I noticed the difference in how this bed contours to your body and I slept soundly throughout the entire night. My whole body felt rested and supported by this mattress. I decided to sleep on it a few nights before writing a review.The second night was even better as the mattress was nearly fully expanded. I can truly say I have not slept so soundly in a while and do highly recommend this product..

Outstanding bed! Comes in about a 30" cardboard 'tube'. I'm using it with the Classic Brands Queen Adjustable Comfort Bed Base and it handles the folding and unfolding without a seam or issue. This is firmer than you would expect for a memory foam, which is just fine with me. Some of the best sleep I've had in a while, I wake up feeling good. The two pillows are stout and heavy, great for propping up when reading. Even if you don't have an adjustable bed, take a look at this mattress. The price is very fair (esp. considering delivery) and seems made of quality materials. What was delivered was much more than I expected.100 day update: Still feels like the first week. No divots where my hips and shoulders are every night. Very impressed.
