We decided to change the function of one of the bedrooms in our house to a small workout room. Ultimately we will install hardwood floors throughout the upstairs but for now we wanted to make the room functional for yoga, Pilates, strength training and cardio. Because we will cover the hardwood floors with mats we decided to install them right away.Once the floor was prepped; carpet, padding, and tack strips removed, the mats installed easily! Out of the box and onto the floor. My husband spent a good amount of time measuring and cutting the pieces to be exact (as you can see from the photos.They look great and have a nice underfoot feel. The product arrived quickly in very sturdy boxes with no damage. We purchased the "dark" wood grain which could be much darker but it's fine. We plan to add a couple pieces of cardio equipment so we will see how they perform in the long term but they do not pull apart with normal walking or exercise.

This is the best thing I've could have done for my sun room. I've had them down for a couple of months, but I can already see that they are the right fit for my home. I have two Yorkies and they love romping around in the sun room. The soft surface also makes it a great room to do my exercise for the day. AWESOME PRODUCT and it's worth the cost!
