Must have for anyone continually seeking wisdom and understanding and grounding the truth of the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus. Dr. Pagan reminds us we do not have to check our intelligence at the door because of our Hope and Faith in Jesus. This book is an excellent resource and tool and will instill confidence in you to witness to family, friends and non believers.

As a life-long Lutheran layman who is now a senior citizen and certainly no intellectual, I found Dr. Pagan's work to be challenging, but read with intention and attention it was a real eye-opener for me. In addition to the text itself I found the references and footnotes to be extremely helpful in understanding the arguments made on a much higher level than I normally pursue. As a person who knew Dr. Pagan as Josh when he was a childhood friend of my son, I found this book to be much more than simply well-argued and true. I found it to be an impressive scholarly effort put forth by a man who is a credit to his faith, his LCMS heritage and his family.
