It's not the best tasting thing to take so it must be good for me! I've only been taking it for a short while so I'm not expecting any miracles yet. Give it a good stir to dissolve it. If only it tasted of chocolate eclairs.....

As a vegan who can’t swallow pills, I find this powder works very well in a smoothie with summer fruits and spinach. It doesn’t taste pleasant, but frozen summer fruits in the smoothie mask the taste completely. It covers most of my vitamin and mineral needs - I add calcium, iron and omega 3-6-9 supplements to cover all bases.

Avoid due to the flavour. Mixed in with a sweetened protein shake and the taste is so bad I could barely drink it.

Great stuff, feel good using it

Smells vile. Tastes worst. Had I not already thrown it away in disgust I would have returned it. Made me heave when all I wanted was my morning protein shake.

Does it's job but is very gritty and horrible tasting. Is not micronized, I'd recommend something fruity and easily dissolved from Bulk powders instead if I'm honest.

Extremely bad smell, like urine. Mixed with other drinks, un drinkable. Not. Sure why that is. Going back go animal pak powder
