The frames are great! I read the reviews concerning whether or not the pic cover was glass or poly. It’s most certainly glass as one arrived broken. Regardless, this is a great set of frames for a great price so no animus from me. They come well packaged but I suppose things happen in shipping. Happy with the purchase.

In the reviews some customers referred to plexiglass in the frames... Those may be older frames, but the instructions included are for plexiglass (see the photo of the instructions). My frames came with glass. From the description it says "The 8x10 black picture frames made of durable and high quality synthetic wood material that built for long lasting. Glass front is clear and lightweight, protecting your photos from dust, moisture and scratches." There is no such thing as synthetic wood. The frames seem to be a high density polycarbonate material with some texture. They seem to be very sturdy and the black is neutral enough to go with anything. The fame backer is probably its weakest attribute. I still gave it five stars as the value makes the frames a great gift.

Overall a good product but one arrived with the glass broken. now we can't use all the photos we printed for our wedding next weekend. Edit: the frame arrived in time and the customer service was great. 5 star

I personally think this is one of the the best 8*10 photo frame i have bought in decades because of the following reasons:• very durable (however since the frames are made out of plastic of we drop it might break.)• we can use this frame in various ways like hang it on the wall portrait/ landscape and also can be used to place it on the table.• finally , because of the price tag.Also when I unboxed the package it was packed in a very safe amd protective way.All in all i would recommend those who do not want to spend to much money on high priced frame.

I purchased these frames specifically so I could hang all 7 of my Broadway playbills up, and they worked perfectly! The backing is tight enough against the glass that I didn't even have to glue the playbills against the white paper (which is actually just the original stock picture provided, just flipped around so it's the white side showing). The playbills are just staying in the center of the frame on their own, which I'm really happy about because I didn't want to have to put any kind of adhesive on them.The frame will stick a little bit away from the wall when you try to hang it if you leave the photo stand on the back, but I just ripped those off easily with a pair of needle nose pliers.The only slight negative was when I was first removing the stock photo from the frame, some of the glue that was holding the frame together had also seeped enough that it glued down the stock photo onto the frame itself. Luckily, it didn't glue the paper anywhere visible, so it didn't actually ruin the frame's use.Overall, 5/5 stars because it is doing the exactly job I purchased them for!

I half expected these to be chipped on the frame and low quality glass. Happy to report I was WRONG! These frames are nice. And such a great deal. The board backs are sturdy, so no worries about that cheap, dollar store feel. Further, there's no chipping - just sleek black frames. And the glass is clean and clear! It all arrived in styrofoam, and each frame was wrapped in a plastic pack. No cracks or scratches. Loved these. I used them to frame 8x10 family portraits for Christmas presents. They look awesome! I'm proud to give them soon in December.

Bought to frame several pictures that have been hung together as a group. Lightweight frames; sadly one fell during hanging (the glass survived, but not the frame). The pins supplied for hanging proved far too fiddly, so we resorted to using small nails instead. Having said that, we are pleased with the finished result - the frames look quite stylish.

I have a very mixed view on these. You get what you pay for so if you’re looking for an expensive finish these are not for you. Despite all being individually wrapped, once unpackaged each needed cleaning by hand as they were utterly filthy. The edges of the plastic/glass are sharp too so once id finished cleaning them all my hands were covered in tiny cuts (annoying!). They look okay though.

These frames are nice. Easy clips at the back that don’t destroy your fingers when removing the back.One of the frames is damaged, as shown in the photos. Is it possible to get a replacement?

there’s a few little imperfections but for the price that was acceptable. corners having slight gaps/unpainted edges i think was the most obvious. the thing that drove me nuts about these though is that they arrive *filthy* and while cleaning them up, the adhesive holding the acrylic in the frame gave way on a couple, and i really was being careful..

These are incredibly cheap but you get what you pay for: they're quite flimsy and need careful handling. But, once on the wall (son's bedroom, Marvel superhero prints) they're fine.
