It works but not as good as I expected given this brands reputation. Also when compared to the VitShoppe brand which makes this in tablets for a more even release and full sleep cycle without interruptions, the NOW brand does not meet my personal expectations.

This product works really well on helping you calm down the only bad thing I have to say about it and it could be just my thing is if I take it for too many days in a row I get a headache but not a bad one. I still use it just not every day
