Wow, honestly for the price it’s quite good. I wasn’t expecting much have it be so cheap but so far I’m loving it. So far so good! Been on a tight budget with this scamdemic stuff going on but I wanted and needed a double end bag to add to my home Boxing gym but most good ones from big name brands are expensive and some usually come with only the bag and no bungees or hardware. This came with pretty much everything you need apart from maybe a hook for the ceiling and a floor anchor. But that was no big deal if you have a good weight to hold it down somehow and the ceiling hook can easily be found at a hardware store also for cheap. They way I set it up I can move it from the garage to the basement for winter indoor training. Hopefully it last somewhat long. Downside though, the bag doesn’t seem to have an opening to replace inner bladder if needed. But like I said for the price it’s good if bladder pops after a while I may consider buying another bag whole.

JUNK! Deflated after the first pump, not after the first workout, the first pump. I inflated the bag with the provided pump (which took a really long time), set it up and left it for my morning workout. When I got to it in the morning it was already deflated. I pumped it up again and could actually hear the air coming out of the pump nozzle (when I put my ear to it). I didn't even get to punch this punching bag once. Just pay the $10 extra dollars for a better one to save yourself the frustration and get your workout in.

I searched high and low and ultimately went with this bag. My first one ever. It’s perfect. For thirteen dollars how can you go wrong?! Simple set up. Put an eye-bolt into the ceiling of the garage and attached the bottom to a twenty-five pound dumbbell. Tinkered with the play of it for the past few days to get the height where I like it. I have used it for approximately an hour a day since getting it four days ago. Bag itself seems pretty durable and you can build up a nice sweat with slipping and throwing punches. Takes a bit to get your timing down but it’s addicting once you do!! I would highly recommend this product for an inexpensive, very quiet workout. Wife and kids don’t even know when I’m using it and it’s right below the living room area of the house.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for quite sometime about this product but taking so long works in your favor because I can tell you that I bought this product over a year ago and it is still going strong . It hasn’t deflated on me and I even keep it hung outside so durability hasn’t been a issue . It feels like quality even though it was a very low cost ball . We use it weekly for my kids Muay Thai training so don’t hesitate on this one cuz it’s cheaper like I almost did .

The bag is "bouncy" but can be dialed down with some tweaking at the ends. I've been using the bag a few times a week for a little over a month and it's still holding air from the initial pump up. The main reason I bought this bag was to learn good form/technique on a less expensive bag and get a better one down the road, this one is holding up just fine and I don't think I'll need to upgrade for a long time. Fun bag to knock around.

I’ve had another that was a double but this one is by far better. Set up easy and as long as you have a anchor in the ceiling and some weight to hold this is perfect for practicing slips and other combs. Very satisfied with this product.

You won't be disappointed with this purchase. You can cut back on the bouncy by adding rope to top or bottom.

Lo he usado , dos ratos, poco tiempo, suave y poco hinchado; luego he visto, otro día, que ha aparecido un roto; lo he reforzado con cinta americana, pero creo que durará poco, es económico, pero de mala calidad.

Der Doppelendball gefällt mir gut. Er ist jetxt seit ca. 3 Wochen in Gebrauch. Alles gut. Macht einen stabilen Eindruck.Die Pumpe musste ich erst ein Mal, ganz zu Beginn verwenden.Die Halterung ist ebenfalls ok.

Non a niente in comune con la palla da boxe della palestra. Non è in pelle è in materiale plastico ed ha un forte odore di plastica

Super Produkt, preislich absolut in Ordnung. Verarbeitung wirkt bisher stabil, Luft bleibt auch drin. Einzig zum bemängeln: die Gummibänder sind nicht längenverstellbar. Man muss sie halt doppelt nehmen, abknoten oder auf ähnliche Weise anpassen.

Einfach zu handhaben.Einfach zu montieren.Verarbeitung ok.Pumpe funktioniert auch, wenn auch wirklich sehr billig gemacht.
