Q: What is the maximum temperature of this hot end? I usually print abs at 255°C and want to make sure I'll still be able to do so.

Max temperature is about 280°C , this extruder is able to do the work

Q: Will this work with the I3 mega ?

Hi Should work if you have the extra stepper driver for the second head and if you have the extra hot end connection. I putmine on a BFB3000 and it works good.

Q: Does this come with cables for the stepper motors?

Of course ,stepper motor wire is included
