Definitely works.
It's hard to say just how effective it is but I can confirm that it works. Saw lots of reviews saying it wasn't picking up anything but as you can see from mine it's definitely collecting a fair amount (and this is it after being full, emptied and left a couple of days). Not super noisy but it's not silent either. It's noticeable is all I can say for the noise level, you can hear it from another room if you strain your ears .

Brilliant dose the job
We are using this in the spare bedroom along side our clothes airer, no condensation in the room and clothes dry quite quickly

Very Happy
Bought this product with the cost of electricity rising my tumble dryer uses too much. This product is great, it's small, very smart looking, and I love the little light feature. It collects a lot of water and the noise level is really minimum. Honestly one of the best purchases and would buy more!

Power supply gets very hot
I am pleased with the unit which works well at removing moisture from the air. My only concern is the power supply included with the unit gets too hot during only a few hours use. The unit is 12 volt 40 Watts the psu is 12 volt 3.5 amp 42 Watts. I feel that it needs to have a more powerful psu to avoid the mains power supply from causing damage. I will be looking for an alternative power supply unit before I use this again.

It does its job but...
I'm struggling to get the tone right for this review. Does it do the job? Yes, there's no question that it removes water from the air. Is it noisy? No, not in my opinion. You can hear it working, but it's a muted swishing noise, lower than you'd get from, say a tabletop fan.My problem with it is that it doesn't do the job that I needed it to do. my man-cave contains an unjustifiable number of guitars, mandolins and other such weapons of discord. The humidity of 65% is higher than these instruments are happy with, so I was looking to bring it down to around 45-55%. After five days it filled its tank to almost full, bringing the humidity to... 65%.In fairness, the level drops to 61-62% overnight, but as soon as I get to my desk and start breathing, it's back to the start. The room is roughly 5m by 3.5m, so I'm not trying to dry out an auditorium. I guess I'm going to have to dig deep for the larger - and much pricier - Meaco 12 litre model. This is a decent little unit, and it works. I sincerely doubt you'll find better in this price bracket. But if you want to significantly reduce humidity in any room larger than a downstairs cloakroom, you're going to have to spend more.
