Great for going up stairs
I purchased this because I live with my parents and they were worried about me carrying my basket up the stairs with my laundry in it anymore. The 3 rotating wheels make it amazingly easy to go up stairs. The small platform on the dolly makes it hard to put a basket on there, so folding laundry and putting it neatly in a basket to take up to put away is somewhat messy and difficult. You can shove the clothes folded into the bag, but my pants barely fit, so it makes them difficult to pull out to put away. Maybe if they could make the back about an inch or 2 bigger around or make the bag squared, it would improve it a LOT. It costs around $80 with shipping, so make it really worth it. The plastic is kind of cheap, so make the bag better or the platform a bit larger or something.

Easy-to-use
Love it I have had for over a year, now I really need to replace the bag part due to using every 2 weeks. Any help with replacing just the bag so I don't have to purchase the dolly too? This item has been a life saver with my place having stairs!!

Great for seniors
I was getting worried about my mom who lives alone and has laundry and freezer in the basement. She is in her 70s and has knee issues. I did not want her carrying a basket up amd down the stairs. This product along with a tow strap pulley system ( she ties one end to the basket handle and let's it down or pulls it up the stairs, it's kept on a hook when not in use). She loves it and feels much safer in her home and is able to age in place. She has also used it for transferring heavier groceries form car to house and up three steps. She loves it, and I feel much safer about her living alone.

Made for a light clothes user
I wash once a week, so my load is large. When this was new the Velcro tried to hold but after a few months the whole thing collapses if you have a lot of clothes. I have removed the fabric clothes holder and placed a regular laundry basket on it with a tie wrap. If your wash daily, this is for you, just a few light pieces.

I like it but has some issues
This works great for going UP the stairs! However, the handle is too short to go down a flight of stairs comfortably. You have to hunch over to get it down the stairs. For someone with back issues (like me) this may eventually turn out to be a problem. I tried pulling it behind me to avoid the hunch, but then it would just fall over. The bag itself is already sagging, it doesn't stay standing up like it shows in the picture which is kind of disappointing. It will really only hold one persons laundry for a fairly short period of time so is not very practical for alot of laundry. Overall I am ok with it but do feel that it is a bit over priced for the quality. If the handle extended to a longer length it would be a good deal more useful for folks with back issues getting down the stairs.

Smaller than I expected
This is a nice product. It was smaller to me than I thought it would be. It goes up and down stairs fine but the wheels are plastic so it isn’t quiet on uncarpeted stairs. It also does stand straight when empty. It leans forward a little. I like it bcuz being older I am able to get it up the stairs but going down the stairs I do have to lean forward a little more than I thought I’d have to. I can hold the railing though while taking it down so that’s good. If the handle were longer that would help. For me it might be better to transfer our clothes to the basket when I’m going to do the laundry rather than use it also as a hamper but I don’t have a storage area for it and don’t want to take that time.

Love this! For anyone with stairs and a disability or injury!
Easy to out together and take apart. I love how light weight it is to begin with! I have neck back and shoulder injuries and weakness. The whole thing is lighter than as my other large empty Plastic laundry basket, and that was before the dolly/luggage wheeler and straps to hold it on etc. My last two "contraptions" didn't climb stairs, fell apart easily and it was hard to strap the basket tight enough to the dolly to stay put and it tipped over or got stuck on cracks on the side walk on the way to the laundry building at my apartment once I. This goes up and down the stairs without much effort (less than needed to carry the basket and way less than a dolly not designed to climb stairs). Even the wheels are hollow which helps keep it light weight and durable because if punctured they don't deflate. When I first saw the wheels I was worried but they're great and don't catch on the sidewalk cracks and bumps like small wheels do. It holds an extra large load or two medium loads. The draw string top prevents things falling out on the stairs or bumpy side walks and parking lots at your apartment complex. Washable and durable. Have had a few months and absolutely love it. Interested to see how long it holds up but so far hasn't had a single issue or worry about it breaking or wearing down. I was also worried about the hard extended lip or over hang to my strairs because that's what made my other contraptions only able to go down and too hard to pull up but this pulls it right over the lip with the large wheels they don't even get caught. Would buy a second if there was a pattern my child wanted but there was only one available.Only suggestion would be better placed Velcro straps but again it hasn't effected use so far.

Not What I Expected
Looked like all the others of similar construction to me. This one was cheaper so I bought it to help on steep basement stairs. After it arrived, I realized it doesn't have the extra wheels for stability. Apparently, not the same construction as some of its competitors. Essentially, you are hauling a shopping cart with two wheels up and down stairs. It takes so long to get it up or down the stairs, bumpity-bump, bump, bump with a tendency to tip when too full... that I have ended up carrying it at times. It is really only handy for flat floors.

Super handy
This buggy is really helpful for laundry because I live in a 2-storey building with no elevator - the laundry room is one flight down. This buggy perfectly steps down each step - all I have to do is hold the handles and the wheels do the rest.If I were to improve it, I would make the wheels a quieter rubber - they click clack loudly on concrete steps and I would make the handle longer - I have to bend slightly going down the steps. It's a great product and basically a life-saver going up and down the stairs.

A must buy for Seniors (anyone) who have to use stairs!
I was given this laundry trolley as a Mother’s Day gift from my son back in 2011. I have osteoarthritis and a senior. I have to leave my apartment and walk to the laundry room. I have to walked down and up 10 stairs. I loved this laundry trolley so much, I bought a second one last June 2020 from Amazon, because the first one separated from the dolly. It’s only held on by thread. It’s not strong enough. I’m so sad to say the new one doing the same thing. It’s then only thing I find not good with this product. It needs a stronger grip that’s not thread. I’m so sad and upset about my favourite product. I hope you help me resolve this issue. I often get stop by people to ask me where I bought my laundry cart. I stand by this product, it just needs a metal ring, instead of Velcro.I even purchased the grocery trolley dolly's cart in red in April 2021.Thanking you in advance for your time and help.Marlene
