Very happy with this product! It removes all my makeup & leaves my face feeling clean & moisturized. It has a typical French-pharmacy scent that’s kind of unisex & perhaps a little strong. It’s definitely better than another European rinse-free cleaning lotion I’ve tried.

Removes make up well, smells great and most importantul does not irritate my eyes!

This is an excellent cream face wash that rem9ved all of my make up leaving my skin hydrated and comfortable.

I love this facial cleanser because it is gentle and effective - it thoroughly removes all traces of make up and leaves your skin feeling hydrated. It also works on hard to remove waterproof mascara.

Never in 1 million years would I have thought of using this cleansing milk! I absolutely love it! I use it in the morning, and at night, dampening a washcloth, then wiping my face off with the washcloth, and applying this cleansing milk all over my face, including my eyelids and brows. I take it off my face with the clean, damp washcloth and rinse my face at least 10 times with tepid water. It most certainly is for sensitive skin, very calming on the skin, and not at all irritating. I have 60 year old, extremely sensitive skin and this is the best cleanser that I have ever used, and I have tried them all! I love it so much I just signed up for the auto subscription. Vichy, please do not change the formula of this product, it is the very best!!

I have been using this makeup remover for more than 10 years. The changed the formula and it smells so bad now. It burns my eyes so much and burns my face. I hope they go back to the old formula. It smelled good and it was so gentle on my face and eyes. It says for sensitive skin but it burns anyone who has sensitive skin. I hope they change it and make it using the old formula :(

I prefer the previous version of the 3 in 1 cleanser. This is a different smell and I compared the ingredient list which varies pretty significantly from the one I had before with the teal cap.
