I was slightly dubious at the price for a cable but it seems to be well made, durable and works exactly as advertised. Very much a you get what you pay for scenario

I’ve bought quite a few Alvin’s cables and they are all good. I have even dealt with factory in China direct (which dispelled the idea of some bloke called Alvin sitting at his worktable handcrafting these!) Would buy again.

No power running through the cable. Checked with 3 different batteries and it didn't work. So I returned it.

Replaced the need to carry additional batteries for separate items

Purchased to use with the Atomos Ninja V, works as expected. Power for days!
