I prefer lanyards over belts. I like this one because it's shorter at its longest than the Stickman lanyard (which I use in the shower). On the negative side, there's no tug release and it can be difficult to remove the transfer set from the holder. A finger hole where you could push the transfer set out from one of the two clips would help. Overall, a very good product.

Simple functional item. Seems pricey, but it works. Two things, wish it had a quick disconnect to disconnect the lanyard from the holder. The second thing is that I wish there was a design element to remove the transfer set. For folks that have hands that don't grip as well or some loss of dexterity, gripping onto the transfer set can be a bit of a challenge.All that said, I do recommend these over using those vape carriers what use the rubber ring, which was recommended by the dialysis clinic. This make removing the transfer set a lot easier than those. I have bought two so that if one is used while showering, the second can be worn while the first dries. May buy a third as backup.

Love the necklace. I never used it to shower and prefer it over the belts that make my skin itch.Easy to use with fast shipping.Although It takes time getting used to and I would recommend wearing a tight undershirt to deter as much pulling as possible for obvious reasons.

This clip and lanyard allow my husband to secure his pd line without using tape. Prior to using this device, he had constant skin irritation from daily use of medical tape. Tape either stuck too well and caused skin tears or was too loose and required more tape added frequently throughout the day. This lanyard keeps the line close to his body, away from potential snags and snares while avoiding tape trouble.

Easy to use and adjust. Only negative is that transfer case fits so snugly, it is a wee bit difficult to remove it sometimes.

I bought this for my dad, he has used a few different ones and the port is always really loose, this fit perfectly on the cath. He said it is very comfortable.

Too hard to remove after placing the transfer set in the holder; fearful that the transfer set would be damaged.

We have ordered 3 of this item over the last 2 years.. The first one lasted and we had no issues. When we ordered another one within the last 6 months we had to send it back because you could not adjust the length of the cord. We waited quite awhile for the replacement and when we finally received it the same thing happened with this one. The round plastic adjuster for the cord keeps braking and you cannot adjust to fit tightly against your chest.
