I read the reviews too late
I wanted this for our new membership program. It seemed easy to use...it encoded one card and then all I got was errors on the screen . I could only encode numbers no real data that would be useful, so I asked for a refund and I plan one buying one that a bit more costly but has BETTER reviews.

YOU PAY FOR BLUETOOTH AND ITS NOT EVEN BLUETOOTH THE PRODUCT DO NOT WORK , WASTE OF TIME AND I PAID FOR FASTER SHIPPING .

Good device
I've owned 6 of these units, just received the first defective one I've ever got. Mushy power button that does nothing and plugging it in does nothing. Will add to review when I receive the new one.
