PERFECT FIT AND FUNCTION FOR FOSTEX T50RPMKIII HEADPHONE
APPLICATION: In-home SE connection of 3.5mm jack headphone to 6.8mm jack integrated amps, headphone amps, SACD players, and tape/CD recorders. EQUIPMENT: Fostex T50RPMKIII headphone, and 8 different items of audio equipment with SE TRS phono outputs. FIT: Secure connection on 3.5mm end and solid, flawless connectivity with audio equipment. CABLE FEATURES: Sturdy, attractive, well-terminated, and robust outer nylon/plastic mesh. SOUND: Surprisingly realistic and non-fatiguing. The bass is at the forefront but not booming, and vocals and instruments are well defined but melodic and contribute to a seamless presentation of the music. Of special note is an unexpected and revealing extraction of vocal passages (like breathing and whispering by accompanying musicians) reminiscent of what one might expect from Sennheiser, Cardas, Grado, and boutique headphone cables. BOTTOM LINE: After cleaning the connectors with Kontak (to ensure previous manufacture and handling residue was removed), I was stunned with the wonderful sounds flowing from equipment into my headphones. This included classical, rock/pop, and soundtracks recorded on SACD, CD, tape, vinyl, and radio. As an enthusiastic music lover, I did not expect to be wowed by an $18 cable in a 15 foot length. The folks at UGreen earned a solid "A" on this purchase for the product, packaging, and timely delivery courtesy of Amazon fulfillment. I plan on sampling other UGreen audio products in the future. As trite as it may sound, I must say: "This is the real deal!"

Too stiff for active use, but otherwise excellent quality.
I needed a better cable than what I had to connect from the 1/4" output of my headphone amp to my headphones which take a 3.5mm input. The quality of the cable is very good and I have no complaints with how music sounds when using this cable, it doesn't sound like any part of the audio spectrum is being hindered. My only complaint is how stiff the cable is. The braided exterior is designed to prevent the cable from damage and being kinked, but it also makes it a little too inflexible to lay how I like it, and if I move around too much the headphone connector moves and causes static, so I wouldn't want to use this style of cable on the go. That said, it's only a minor inconvenience since I am not moving around when using those headphones, so once I've gotten the cable situated it's easy listening.

5/5 works for me
The cable is extremely durable feeling with a quick inspection and after a few weeks of use I have had no problems with the cable. It seems like an all around heavy duty cable that should last for a good long while.as with other cables you find them kind of exposing the interior wires after being bent over and over from use and rough care, -so far this cable is showing no signs of wear and tear after maybe a month or 3-4 weeks.I use this cable to record my guitar into FL studio and it works like a charm, although I find that it has a slight white noise that is consistent.. Not sure if this is the cable or my guitar, either way it is a simple fix after applying a filter or adjusting the EQ levels.5/5 works for me

Noisy if touched or moved.
I know that the description says that it is "Triple Shielded" but I found the cable to be very "microphonic. Any movement or placement of the cable causes the cable to transmit the sound of the cable movement. It does seem to limit any frequency noise/distortion , so as long as I place the cable where it won't get touched or moved, it seems to work fine.
