USB 3.0 to VGA Adapter, 1080P Multi-Display Video Converter for Laptop PC Desktop to Monitor/Projector/TV

I purchased 2 of these in Mar 2021; they worked fantastic and never had an issue, and I had 2 monitors attached to my laptop. I have since upgraded my laptop and I cannot find the CD, or the install information for the driver. I can't seem to find any contact info on amazon or online for customer service. Could someone please help?!?

I bought this in a last ditch effort to get three monitors working as one big long screen (extended, not duplicated) with my HP pavilion laptop. It actually worked, but can’t really play videos on that screen. It’s entirely possible that the issue with videos has more to do with my laptop’s capability to extend to 3 screens but I have yet to test it with fewer screens so I’m not sure. It works fine for my purposes.

After following directions the second monitor would not show up. The device showed in control panel as not being able to start, even after downloading new drivers from website.

Product worked as advertised. Needed the adapter for a second monitor for our computer. It was simple to download the necessary driver and once that was done it was very easy to sync up the screens. No complaints, product works as it should.

This works well and gives an extra monitor even beyond that which we your graphics card can handle. You do need admin access to install it.

Works as well as any other VGA adapter. Install the driver BEFORE you plug in the device. Supports 1280x1024 pretty well using a USB 3.0 port.

Valuable video convertor for adding a extra monitor through USB 3.0 port. Working great.
