Love it!
Love, love love this washer. Does fantastic job. Big or small loads. Clean quiet and pretty. Wish I had bought it sooner. It is a deep drum, but I love the way it cleans!

Very entertaining
I never knew that a washer could be fun to use. Firstly, the color scheme is nice. Apparently they are all white these days, but this gives you a handsome grey acrylic see-through top so that you can watch what is going on. And it is remarkable what the microprocessor technology can do with the various agitation and wash/rinse cycles. I also like that the digital controls are simple (the most important thing) and easy to use. (Most manufactures make touch-screens impossible.)I looked for a lint filter, but it does not need one. It cleans itself. And though not silent, the sounds are easy to listen to and tell you what is going on. With some LED lights for the kids (I really don't need them myself), it could replace You-Tube. Well almost. It seems to clean well and I hope it lasts a long time, but that is to be determined.

2 years
The washer worked great and then 2 years later it stopped working, have to buy a new one now. My old washer lasted over 5 years and yet this one couldn’t come close.

It's okay. Delivery issue.
I bought this washer 7 months ago. Waited to use it a while before reviewing. There are only two adults here, and I do laundry about twice a week. I went for the larger capacity so I could wash bedding and the occasional sleeping bag. This is my first electronic washing machine.Likes:-Easy to use-Easy controls-Attractive-Roomy tub-At time of purchase, the price was nicely discounted at just under $642 before tax.-I don't find the noise bothersome though some reviewers have.-Decent selection of options. I'd like a rinse and spin only option. Not noticing its absence was my fault.-Fast spin cycle-Express setting nice for quick wash of a few items.-The inside water dispenser isn't necessary though sometimes convenient.-I like top-loading.-I'm 5'1", and can reach everything in the bottom of the tub with my shoes on.-Easy set-up.-Heavy cycle cleans my husband's very dirty work clothes.-Amazon’s return policy.Dislikes:-Needs watching with larger loads. There were a few times when it displayed out of balance either with or without a useless error code (no key or solutions to the codes). I had to rearrange the wet laundry more than once to get it to finish the cycle, and once had to remove a few items (apparently they were too heavy wet) because it would not finish no matter how laundry was rearranged. Even though it can handle large loads, keeping the tub no more than half full reduces chance of balance issues.-You can wash a sleeping bag, and it will look better than when it went in, but it doesn't really do more than get it wet while the low profile blades move back and forth underneath. It would probably be okay for a small sleeping bag.-It can wash blankets. Once, however, it stretched a blanket across the center during spin. Centrifugal force could easily damage not so sturdy bedding. I use the gentler cycle option now.-Sometimes it doesn't rinse clothes thoroughly. That means using a different cycle that requires more water or using the extra rinse option, both of which make it inefficient.-Soap dispenser feels flimsy.Since I was new to an electronic washer, there was a learning curve. Overall, the washer's okay. It gets the job done, mostly. I sure miss my old mechanical though with manual controls.I'm going to comment on the delivery too. We live in a rural area. When I ordered the washer, there was a box on the web page for delivery instructions, which I filled out. After I completed the order, in tiny print it said that instructions aren't seen by the carrier. Please put that in larger print on the page description for the item, Amazon! Amazon also sent emails with scheduled delivery time, then changed it saying there might be a delay, and finally that it would arrive two days early?? I stayed home that day. No one showed up nor was there any notification. Calling the carrier number listed by Amazon only gave a recorded message the same as on the carrier's web site. So I used the carrier's chat option. The person on chat was very nice. She rescheduled delivery. It turned out to be for the original date. When she asked about special instructions, I asked that the driver text me when they were at a certain location since nearer to us cell service is spotty or nonexistent, and we live in a gated community; I'd meet them to open the gate and guide them to the house. On delivery day, an automated text from the carrier arrived saying estimated arrival was in about 30 mins. Thirty minutes passed and nothing. No one called or texted anything as I had asked them to do. I drove out on the only road in and out of here hoping they hadn't gotten lost. Good thing. They passed me in a delivery truck with no markings except an easily-missed small one on the door of the cab. I caught up with them, flagged them down, opened the gate, and led them to the house. If you live in a city where contracting to subcarriers is not necessary, there's probably less chance of problems.Although the washer delivery ultimately worked out, incorrect info from Amazon notifications, and the driver apparently not receiving or possibly ignoring delivery instructions made this purchase more of a headache than it was worth. Again, it did work out in the end, but be aware there may be issues.

Amazing l! My clothes have never been cleaner!
My washing machine broke down and I started to look everywhere for a new one and happened upon this one at Amazon! The price was substantially less than the local appliance store, so I took a chance. My delivery was delayed by one day, but I got it faster than most stores could promise. I’m very pleased with the multiple functions of the washer and the built in faucet is a great feature!

Excellent washing machine!!
We have only had this for about a month, but we love it!! The drum holds a good amount and cleans well. It's not auger loud, but not quiet either. Seems normal volume for a washer to me. We use tide pods and those seem to work best when you trow them in the drum on top of the load.Family of 4 with 2 pets, one aged dog with incontinence issues and this machine has really helped! It also arrived when expected and my husband was able to install it.

Huge dent.
Machine works well enough. Has issues with bulky items like heavy blankets and comfortors during spin cycle. Sometimes have to move clothing around to continue the cycle. Biggest issue is the large dent on the right hand side. Feel like I got a used unit. Or paid full price for a scratch and dent sale.
