High quality, the only problem is the fit is way off. I purchased a 10 Ounce Silver bar with the face of the Morgan Dollar stamped on it, made in the USA. The bar is close to 1.5 inches wide, 3 inches tall and a little less than half an inch deep. The case is so big that the bar practically swims in it. I have not found any supplier that offers a plastic casing anywhere near those dimensions, so I put the bar back in the plastic wrap that it came in then tightened a rubber band over the case to hold it together. I have 4 more cases that probably won't fit other bars that I buy in the future either.

Did not come close to fitting the APMEX 10oz bars. The capsule is too small, you can force it in and the capsule will crack. Other reviewers who said it would fit a 10oz APMEX bar "perfectly" are idiots. Not a knock on the product. It shipped as described and the seller never claimed it would fit, I took the word of other reviewers. Having said that, if you want these for 10oz APMEX bars it will not work.

When a ten-ounce bar is put inside it fits nicely, but when closing the capsule it is very loose and comes off easily. The package it came in inside the Amazon bag was torn open and all five capsules were scratched up pretty badly.

Excellent product.Almost fits 250 gram (8 oz) St. Helena (2023) bar; Off by half of a millimeter.

Excellent case to protect your 10oz AMEX bars.

Great capsules to store various things in, not just silver bars. I actually use them for other small items. Do know that the “inner dimension” seems to be for the larger half of the capsule, so the effective inner dimension is slightly under 1/8 inch smaller. Don't expect your 1oz assay cards to fit in these if that’s what you’re after.Also, the seller matters. From the one I bought from:- poor packaging. Plastic Amazon bag (no bubbles), no cushion.- capsules came pre-assembled, dusty and smudged and scratched. Came in loose in a plastic bag within the Amazon plastic bag. You want these NOT preassembled (they get looser when you open them). You also want these cushioned between other capsules to prevent scratching during shipping.I know of one seller who packages their capsules very well. They ship their capsules disassembled and cushioned between each piece. Not sure I can endorse sellers in a review, so my advice is READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION FOR THE SELLERS and you will figure it out.

Bought these for my RCM bars I keep on display. I keep two of my RCM bars on my desk and after several people handling them I decided to order these. I don’t mind tarnish on my silver bullion but want to keep my display bars mostly shiny. The cases came nicely packaged and in a reasonable time frame. I was concerned how they would fit RCM bars with no mention of RCM in the description but I was pleased to find they fit perfect. They look great and can now be handled without getting excessive tarnish from curious thumbs and fingers. In all very happy.
