Resistance Bands Set Men - 13 Pack Exercise Bands Set with 6 Fitness Tubes, Up to 200lb Resistance Bands with Handle for Gym Workout Training Pilates Yoga

The bands are exactly as described, and with 13 pieces they are better than other sets I saw on Amazon. The bands a are strong and work really well, I used them daily for my workouts and as I use them I'm getting stronger thanks to how solid they are. I also found the accompaning leaflet very useful with so many movements I didn't know you could do for all different muscles mass. Really good for a full body workout.

Ok let’s start off with positives…. They came in a brown Amazon box…..yeah I have nothing positive to say about this product at all.It’s got a 1* rating and GVT purely because you have to give it somethingI’m a PT and like to try and keep in shape even when away from my home gym, and resistance bands are a great piece of kit to take away on holiday. And I brought these knowing that whilst yes there are more expensive and better brands, I expected these to do a job. How wrong was I.The fact I could bicep curl the entire lot, and pull the entire lot across my chest like a chest expander told me these were not for serious training, or even for probably putting in my little girls hair to keep that in place.I shall be looking for a refund so that I can invest in a brand I know does the job probably.Basically….. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

No instructions, included a random skipping rope which I got confused as being part of the bands.If you've used resistance bands before ideally in a gym under guidance from a PT then yes, maybe good purchase for you.Otherwise useless for a beginner, unless you invest a lot of time and research on how to use it

A complete disappointment. I have been training with elastic bands for years. Lost my previous ones so I purchased this one's.The material does not stretch evenly throughout the movement and I am afraid they will snap at any given moment.Sorry but it is the honest truth.Now that I have used them for a week things have gone for the worst.Two already snapped and the rest are all stretched.The are so bad that after you use 5hem they do not come back to the original length.Money wasted

Hard to use it, the material is a bit weak, so if you looking for good resistance bands increase the budget to or over 20-25 £, because this one is just for fun not for proper exercises! But also are not good for beginners, because they didn't stretch to much, and the material is not good enough!

Terrible - Not fit for purpose as there is very little difference in resistance to each colour band. The black (allegedly 50lb resistance) has about 10lb max and the others even less. We already had another different set and compared them. All of this set added to one handle provided less resistance than one black band from our older set. Useless, so returned.

This is a great workout set! Each band is resistant to the weight. Exactly what I expected from them. Definitely worth the money. Gets the heart rate up. Easy to use,the hand grips has a good feel in your hands. nice thick rubber so it wont break on you in a few days. The ankle wraps dont feel awkward and strap on easily. Bands are marked with the weight of resistance. highly recommended.

These resistance bands should not be on sale.This band broke with in 2 mins of use and luckily it did hit me in the face.Amazon needs pull this item from sale it is not fit for use.
