This is a very well made and sturdy rack. Assembly was quick and easy since all the parts fit together perfectly. No tools needed as it comes with an allen wrench which is all that is needed. This is a functional and attractive rack which is being used in our bathroom for towels. The product arrived quickly and was reasonably priced

Just put it together. For once, when a seller say easy to assemble, it in fact was easy to assemble. Screw some poles together with your hands, then screw in the little rods to hold the clothes, and then you have one really nice and functional and sable coat/hat rack. I really could not believe how heavy the base is on this. I guess it could tilt over, but no more so than a crane might buckle. It looks really fine, and it looks great where we have it off to the side of the main ingress/egress door to our home. The directions were easy as pie to follow, but in truth you don't really need directions to figure out how to put this together. Even a cave man could have done in back in the day.

The first order unfortunately had a big dent in one of the upright pole pieces. The paperwork inside said to contact the seller directly if we had any issues. I emailed them (hoping they could just send a replacement part), and after a few days they said emailed back that there was nothing they could do, so referred me back to Amazon. Amazon processed my refund promptly, and arranged pick up of the item. I reordered, and replacement arrives a few days later. It was easy to assemble, but the little screws for the posts were tedious. The base of the pegs are plastic, so I’m hoping they will hold up. Seems sturdy for everyday use, the metal finish is nice, and it will come in handy to keep near the door for jackets and dog leashes.

Stylish looking hanger that will fit in any corner. Bought it for my fiancé office for his jackets and coats to hang. His winter jacket is very heavy and so I was worried that if I go for cheaper option the hanger will fall. This one stays in place. The main pole was wiggling so I tightened the screw from the bottom and it helped a little (you will need your own tools for that since the screw was already in the bottom round support when it came in) It was very easy to assemble everything is provided to put the hanger together. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

Bought this clothes/coat tree in 2 different finishes. Love them. Perfect for a bedroom when you need a place to keep your clothes temporarily. Likewise, great for hall/mudroom. Good product, and reasonably priced for the quality.

Three of the 6 prongs have broken under the very light weight of things like flannel shirts. It's the black plastic part that's at the base. I reached out to the supplier to try and get some replacement plastic parts and gave them a few weeks but heard nothing. I've tried to piece it together with Super Glue, but it's not congruent now so it looks bad. I'm basically just going to have to buy another rack.

The photos on the listing are accurate but I would warn the bronze is more brown than bronze. The connection points for the “hooks” are black plastic - which is clear in the product listing if you look closely. It is sturdy enough for backpacks which is why I ordered it. When it arrived I was missing the top cap and contacted the company. They were prompt in responding and sent me a replacement cap but the cap on top is plastic and not a metal screw cap like the rest of the unit. It doesn’t match. The company verified it was the correct part.
