Excellent service. These pain patches are very effective and stay in place. They are a good quality and the cooling effect works fairly quickly, highly recommend.

I used the freeze spray often and after an awful bout of sciatica I have tried these patches from the same brand.I'm very pleased with them.They're a bit of a faff to apply as they stick to themselves, but worth persevering! Once on they adhere well.Best of all, they don't interact with any of my existing meds. The smell is minimal, much less than the spray. They definitely provide some pain relief.Happy to recommend, I've already bought a second pack.

These worked,but no better than the cheaper ones and were less adhesiveReally disappointed as the Bio Freeze range,especially the roll on,is absolutely smashing,with chronic pain all over I use patches to try to sleep but sadly it didn't last long..
