I love the versatility of the mower, light but sturdy as a lady pensioner I needed a more versatile and light mower to mow banks and tight areas around trees, the functional aspect is better than I imagined, even when cutting wet grass, the grass catcher is easy to empty and clean out with a soft brush. It feels sturdy and easy to manage, I also like that it is foldable with the removal of the handle, managing the cable is a challenge but a small consideration for the efficiency of this mower.

I have had a Ryboi battery lawnmower for years. Battery's are around £100 to replace which we have in the past. I decided to try this cored as the price and reviews very good. It was easy to put together and have used it once. Yes you have to get use to a power cable but wow the difference in the power and cutting levels is very impressive. I only cut the lawn two days ago and the difference is amazing, it looks neater and filled the grass box. The cable is just the correct length for the garden so no extension cable needed.

Brought this for my in laws who are elderly.It’s light to push, great that it has 5 levels for grass cutting. Easy to use. Great little mower. Does a grand job.

I’ve only ever had a Flymo but decided to try something I didn’t need to swing around - and wishing I’d done so years ago.The assembly instructions were painful but even with my limited common sense I managed. It feels really lightweight and easy to push up and down. Mowing the lawn seems so much quicker than with the Flymo. Love that you can adjust the mowing level with no trouble at all.What has left me a little frustrated? Well the electric cord seems a little short. It doesn't seem to have the ‘suction’ the Flymo - I’d had to strim the v long grass between mowers and the flatten bits are still flat after a couple of mows. And the collection bin is a bit annoying.That said, I’d really recommend and will never go back!

First let me say that I bought the Ryobi battery mower with two aftermarket batteries. It was useless and kept grinding to a halt every few minutes on grass no more the 50mm long. The aftermarket batteries barely lasted 5 minute so it all went back the next day. This 1600 Watt power mower is like night and day compared to the Battery one. The motor is very powerful, cuts the grass easily, it is well made and the height adjustment is a doddle to use. It is a bit of a faf putting the grass box on and off. I did find if you don't grip the handles quite firmly the motor cuts out but it is just a safety cut out that perhaps comes on a bit to early. It is also very easy to clean and does not throw grass out from the side like the Flymo did.With having four wheels it is much easier to push along than my old Flymo 360 and that was my main reason for buying this machine. I suppose my only gripe is that the cable is too short and a lot shorter than my Flymo so I always need an extension lead attached. All in al I am a very happy customer.

Bought this last year so have used it for a while before review really good mower my grass was long but this mower got it right down with it's adjustable height and don't struggle one would recommend as it's not heavy either
