Fast, efficient service with a really good product.

Our previous sensor had stopped working so I chose this one as a replacement as it would fit over the old hole. Simple to fit, works well, and has a good range for movement. Been in place for 8 months and working well.

Bought as a second replacement for an IP44 sensor that was full of spiders. Spent a bit more on an IP65 unit. Things that I like about this: 1. I could believe this is genuine IP65 which should be mandatory for outdoor use. 2. It is a simple design for ceiling mounting- no pointing required. 3. It has a noticeably higher build quality than units costing just a few pounds less. 4. The light sensitivity and time settings are simple to use and have meaningful scales. 5. Although by no means small in diameter it does not protrude far from the ceiling. 6. It looks very neat once installed- it handily also covered the holes from the previous sensors. What could be improved: 1. A mounting template, or a redesign into separate inert bracket and bayonet mounted sensor unit. 2. Lever sprung wiring connectors as used by more upmarket lighting companies. 3. Protection for a very vulnerable sensor during the wiring process. 4. The designer being made to demonstrate that the unit can be easily installed whilst perched on a step ladder in a high contrast lighting situation. Overall I pleased with the installed unit, but as others have pointed out wiring it in is more difficult than it should be.

It’s early days as it’s only been fitted for a couple of weeks but works as it should

Very smart item. Being so low-profiled, the cable entry is at the rear only, and ideally needs cables that come through the wall onto which it’s mounted. In my case this was not possible, so it sits slightly proud of the cables. There are only two control potentiometers, rather than the more commonly found three. The one that’s missing is sensitivity, and with this thing being *incredibly* sensitive, the cats are setting it off every time they’re near. With the addition of some good quality tape, the field-of-activity has now been sorted out. A very neat piece of kit, which I’m reordering now.

Very discreet and effective ,easy to connect and set up ,my only fault with it is the tiny screw locking cover on, mostly you up a ladder/steps doing the job and can be a bit fiddly.

Funktioniert einwandfrei und war leicht zu montieren

Encore un produit dont les concepteurs n' ont jamais vissé de fils dans un appareil électrique . L' appareil est plat , pas de problème, mais avec 2 entrées à l' arrière munis de caoutchoucs au diamètre ridicule et surtout ces entrées tout proches des connecteurs et en transversal , il n' y a pas de place pour visser les fils avec du mou , donc obligé de boucher les trous pour l' étanchéité puisque les rondelles de caoutchouc sont trop petits . Et cerise sur le gateau, les réglages sont à l' intérieur du boitier donc il faut dévisser et revisser au risque de perdre les petites vis si les réglages ne conviennent pas .

prodotto molto compatto e funzionale. Le caratteristiche indicate son completamente rispettate e il prodotto funziona egregiamente. Regolandolo bene è possibile, anche in grandi ambienti, evitare false accensioni dovute a spostamenti di aria (sopratutto quando il sensore deve gestire la distanza massima). Oltretutto ero già in possesso della versione precedente e devo proprio dire che è molto durevole
