Q: I want to keep trying it but how do you get past the strong lavender taste?

Q: What are the directions for use? How well does it work for mucus removal?

Directions: Dissolve a heaping 1/2 teaspoon in 8 ounces of warm water. Tilt head back and gargle for 15-30 seconds, spit out and repeat with remaining liquid. Use as necessary. This can help to dry out excessive congestion from the throat.
