I suppose my expectations were too high when my desire to consume dates was fired by some amazing ones I had as part of an Iftar dinner to which I had been invited though I am not a Muslim. I so loved the dates there that I ordered these. They are nice, I suppose, but the taste in no way matches the caramelly goodness of the Iftar dates. Furthermore, they have a slightly off-putting hardish skin, which again I did not encounter in the Iftar dates.

I like dates and have them as a snack often ,these ones are tasty and good enough.I had better but for the price are ok .

Bit gross
They remind me of soaked caterpillars. On the sweet side but they are quite unpleasant.
