I wanted a sustainable choice for storing bagels and homemade bread. These generously-sized bags are perfect. Wide openings to accommodate a variety of bread shapes. Simple, washable fabric, with a classy, neutral design. Easy enough for my kids to open and close, and attractive enough to leave on the counter. Recommended.

Since I have been using, our loaves of bread do not get moldy before we use the whole thing. I think we get an extra 2-3 days....no longer discarding half a loaf.

I chose these because the sellers/makers of this product state: "We are a small family business located in Los Angeles, California." That may be completely true, but the label on these say they were Made In China. I am trying to actually support America/Americans in my purchases this Christmas. I know they don't claim they are made in America, but I was really hoping they were. So I will be returning these bags and look for another product.

It doesn’t really keep it fresh for long, it’s a linen fabric that is just there to maybe transport bread.I had to put the bread in a bag and then inside of this linen bag.I stopped using it

Bought this to keep my bread freshm it's basically like burlap and the holes are huge. My bread went dry and spoiled sooner than if I'd just kept it in a gallon ziplock. Pretty disappointing.

I was excited for this item, went through a bunch of similar listings until I settled on it. But after using it a few weeks it just looks old and dingy. A bunch of little fuzzies developed on the material too. Not sure if a function of linen, or just this specific item. I own linen clothing, and it can look a lot better, but that is clothing grade, so maybe this looks like it does because it’s basically just burlap grade. If you’re looking for something really rustic looking, this is the item for you. I gave it 3 stars because it does fulfill its function, it stores bread. Not my style though.

These are very cute but did not work to keep my bread from molding within a few days. I’ve switched over to a ziplock bag in the freezer since I live alone and don’t finish loaves very quickly. I recently used these bags to hold some veggies separate in my fridge. I think I will find other uses for them.

Made in China and poorly.Only one of 2 items actually arrived and it was so very flimsy and poorly made.

This was a huge disappointment.
