One day there was an issue and I was way past the Amazon return period, contacted the company and they helped me solve the issue without any question. I did have a problem with a connector and without issue they sent a replacement right out. You can't ask for more than a good product and a company who actually knows there is a such thing as a warranty beyond silly Amazon return periods.I do run this hard with my camera snapping photos with direct feed on HDMI to my PC for hours at a time so I do push the stuff pretty good.There are many similar products and probably most of them come from the same manufacturer rebranded - so the most important thing is picking the right vendor. If you never have a problem, that's fine, 1 problem, and having picked the right vendor will save you from buying another one when you should not have to.BTW: I've been an IT guy for 45 years and know that dealing with the right vendors is often more important than dealing with the best product. Support is the name of the game!

I use this occasionally, and it performs reliably every time. I've never had any issues—it works great.

Works perfectly with Canon 5D Mark III and IV cameras. Just what I needed for long time-lapse photography

This power supply is really good when you want to shoot long videos, when you are not shooting on the go, not having to change batteries is great. This power supply was able to connect up to my Canon 80D without any issues.

Works well. No issues. Make sure you route the wire through the slot and close the battery door. Otherwise camera will not turn on.

Camera started and ran for about 10 minutes before shutting down and presenting error code on screen. I think it was code E07? Specifically, it was a battery error. Anyways, I'm just not comfortable running this in my $2k camera.
