PEOPLE POSTED HOW BAD SHOFARS SMELL, SO I PURCHASED THIS. IT SMELLS CLEANSING, I DID SPRAY MY BRAND NEW SHOFAR WITH IT WHEN I GOT IT, BUT IT DIDN'T NEED IT. WILL USE FOR BASIC CLEANING.

First, delivery was very fast. Second, it is beautifully polished. Third, it sounded magnificent. I ordered the deodorizing oil, but there was little smell compared to the shofar I purchased on my visit to Jerusalem in 2001. I may use the deodorizing oil on it. I had to go out to the garage to play it, since my 94-year-old mother-in-law is napping. Forget the bag it comes with, I have a better velvet bag for my antique wooden handled putter from Scotland. I wouldn't take the heavily embroidered carpet bag to Shabbat services. That is what changed a worthy 5 stars to a lesser rating. Also, I must have a circumsized shofar since it arrived at 41" instead of the advertised 43"-47". Still happy with the looks and sound for the price.

The smell of decomposition in my shofar (hollowed out ram's horn used in Jewish ceremonies) was unbearable. I tried cleaners, bleach, alcohol, you name it. A couple of squirts of this - AMAZING! Now, I use it for the bathroom, the living room, my car, the bedroom, pet odors, (I have three cats) I have a bottle in every room and two on standby. The scent is indescribable. Clean, but not antiseptic, sweet, but not nauseating, fresh, but not floral or weed-like. Hard to describe! I don't rave about much of anything these days, but Bless God! And thank you for making this product! I have purchased this product many times now. And I will continue to purchase it as long as you make it!!!!

Love it! Hesitated since tried natural solutions, but this is just well beautifully well made!! Recommended !! Don't waste time diy. Impacted by how fast the smell is gone, like in a minute. Bad odor gone.
