UUC Hallmark Christmas 3 Film Collection (A Song for Christmas/Hearts of Christmas/Christmas Festival of Ice) DVD

I bought this DVD for $30 just for "Hearts of Christmas". Yes, the movie is that good. I absolutely love this movie - the characters and the plot. I'd seen it several times and it is a favorite of mine. I HAD to have it. "A Song for Christmas" for a wonderful surprise. I wasn't expecting to like it. But I loved all of the characters - even the jerky manager. The story had the "need to save the family farm" angle, but it wasn't as corny as other Hallmark movies can be. I know I will re-watch this one again. "Christmas Festival of Ice" was okay, I guess - not awful, but not as good as it could have been. I found things that didn't make sense to me, and I kept thinking, if I directed this movie, I would have changed this and changed that. I thought the couple had good chemistry in the beginning, but somehow it didn't seem to develop after that - it fell a bit flat. $20,000 for an ice festival? A mother telling her daughter she would be such a great lawyer, when she was actually being mediocre at best? A mom who knew nothing about the ice carving event (that her daughter had done every year growing up with her dad), and yet she donated $10,000 for it, so her daughter could participate in it to figure out what she wanted out of life? Huh? I won't watch this again. This last movie is the only reason that I didn't give this DVD collection 5 stars.

I was looking for Hearts of Christmas which I like very much. The other two are good, but I rate Hearts of Christmas as top notch.

"Song for Christmas" I really enjoyed because the characters were laid back, real people. The singer was never a diva but went with the flow of things. Very good storyline. I figured that would be my favorite of the three but no....NONE HAVE SUBTITLES but the speaking is very clear for all actors."Hearts of Christmas" turned out to be just as good - Ms. Ullerup is quite a compelling actress. Excellent story.I was expecting more from the Ice Sculpting story but it was still good - esp. with a twist at the end involving the mother. That was cool. It was hard to believe she wanted to be a lawyer yet couldn't tell people what she really wanted. This set is well worth the money and less than purchasing individually. Enjoy!

My dvd discs were perfect. The case they were in was damaged beyond repair. I can live with this. Putting a dvd in pouch is to be expected. I’m ok with this. As long as the discs were ok. Thanks

First off, this is a Region 4 disc set. They all played perfect on my Blu-Ray player I bought at Wal-Mart in the USA. I bought this set for Hearts of Christmas, one of my favorites. However I really liked all 3 movies. A Song For Christmas I hadn't seen all of but it was very good and Festival of Ice is nice too. Good value for the money.

I bought the dvd for the first two movies, but also found the third one to be just as good......It is nice to be able to play the movies when the mood hits, not have to wait for them to come on the channel. I have a list of other movies I am waiting to come to dvd or digital (amazon). thank you

These Hallmark Christmas movies are wonderful!! I am so happy with this purchase.

We buy and watch a lot of these movies. I bought this set expecting them to be just ok and they all surprised me. They were a good bit better than expected. Not in my top 10 but definitely will watch multiple times. B+

One of the 3 movie isn't region free as promises by the seller. The one I wanted of course... a song for christmas. And once I managed to watch the dvd , it's not even the right movie, but a disc of a serie I didn't wanted!!!

I love these movies, they are my best movies for Christmas,,, I love Hallmark movies like this, I will get more of these in July Happy New Year to all, Keep safe, all of you , with this virus, covid.

Two out of three is not bad. The actor in one of them is always great. I love every movies he has been in But the actress is terrible.

All three of these titles are exceptional, and worth multiple looks. As usual, the casting is excellent and each has outstanding production values.
