L.O.L. Surprise! OMG Remix Super Surprise – 4 Fashion Dolls, 4 Musical Instruments & 70+ Surprises

Got his from The Entertainer Toys but the double fret guitar was missing. Advised them via the Amazon link and got the usual automated reply. However, within a few minutes a real reply came through offering a discount, a refund or a replacement. (Note the 3 options coming straight out) I opted for the replacement, got an easy prepaid label for Hermes with offers of pick-up or from a Hermes site. (note the choice again) I opted for the site just over the road and despatched the return around 10:00 Friday Morning. Around 16:00 the next day, Saturday, the replacement was delivered by DPD!!!!!!!!. Today, Sunday, all checked as present and in order; the band is set up and playing. Granddaughter over moon with the product. Great set up of stage and the music is very good - all much better than expected. Excellent and courteous service from Emilie at The Entertainer Toys - you don't get this everyday!

Didn't purchase off amazon (my mam eventually bought one on my account hence why it says verified purchase) but thought I'd still write a review. The dolls are lovely, they're for my daughter for Christmas but I opened the box carefully to check the dolls for any defects before I give them to her (she can be a huffy twisty little git) so thank you to that previous reviewer who suggested to check the dolls first. You get alot for your money especially at the price of £80 at the minute considering you get 4 big dolls and 4 small ones aswell as the cute instruments. I paid more from the entertainer! :( perfect for both girls, boys and adult collectors.

Bought this for our 7 year old daughter and she loves it. Have to say I’m really impressed with the design and the dolls - the whole unboxing experience is really well done and special, even to how the dolls are posed when you open them. Well done!

I got this for my granddaughters birthday and she was delighted . It was an amazing gift - the gift that kept giving. Lots and lots of surprises, brilliant value for money. Great buy

My 7 year old absolutely loves this. The design of the box that turns into a stage is so clever. It was definitely the highlight of her Christmas day. She has played with it all lots since then. The only problem is that the quality of some of the dolls and accessories are a bit poor in some places. Some of the clothes weren't properly stocked or bits fell off. Some of the dolls looked a bit rough and ready with dodgy painting or crooked hair cuts. Overall this was a massive hit.

So I bought this as my daughters big Santa gift, as, like most little girls, she is obsessed with LOL. She has sat down to open it all - bit by bit - only to have two dolls completely defect. Neither one of them is 'broken'as in snapped or anything but the OMG has only one hand and no way of joining it on and the little sister's arms and legs are on backwards!! I now have an incredibly confused and sad little firl that is wondering why santa didn't want to make her toy properly and no way of contacting amazon as the returns option doesnt allow for me to ask for a partial refund for these broken toys or to offer in some way to rectify this! These toys are expensive, and that is fine, but I do not expect them to be broken and see my autistic child devastated because of this. We love LOL and this is the first time I have been disappointed with an MGA product - please help Amazon??

These LOL products are always very bitty with many tiny objects to assemble and this was no exception at all. Having said that, this set comes with so much stuff it took both my granddaughters hours to find (in many secret compartments) and assemble each of the 8 individual dolls plus and their accessories and instruments and they LOVED every minute of it! Can't ask for more than that. Great purchase. Very pleased.

My daughter loved this and why shouldn't she it is great quality with so many hidden extras and surprises with all the small musical instruments and other stuff. A lovely gift for a lol fan. Not sure about the gear the dolls are kitted out in though ...moving with the times I guess. Overall a very good buy especially if you can get the set for less than its usually priced at. Glad I purchased this.
