Love these blender bombs when I first discovered them in Charleston SC! They are so good for you and they keep you full and they are great tasting too!! I believe in them so much that I invested in the company…twice!!!

I love blender bombs because they make it extremely easy for me to get all of the seeds and nuts that I'm supposed to eat, but if you are like me, too lazy to figure out and don't want to read all of the labels on them. These make it super easy just to throw one in and know that I'm getting all of the additional nutrients that I need to feel full and digest my smoothie better. I love this flavor for smoothies in the summer with fresh berries.

The problem with this product is that it sinks to the bottom of the blender jar, leaving you with a blob to deal with. The "bomb" is tasteless and boring. I did, however, enjoy the peanut butter version by the same company, which seemed to mix very well with almond milk and other ingredients.

This brand is the reason I make smoothies in the morning. Makes me feel great throughout the day and healthy! Love these so much!
