Not for BP, Cheaper for a reason
Bought 2 dozen of these and first impressions were that I like it. I managed to keep these separated from the team for a while and a few got stolen, lol. I treated these rather lightly, used only for throwing and they held up well. Before a game we were hitting to the girls (12u) and the cover on one of the balls tore about an inch. Coach looked at the ball, laughed, and threw it to the side. You can guess what else he did to the rest of that bucket, right to the side. I'm not really sure if the balls just suck but upon looking at the torn cover(s) after a while these do look rather thin compared to the more expensive balls we use at practice. For the rest of their life they have been relegated to bunting and throwing only. One thing I think may have also affected the life of the covers was not properly drying the balls after a rainy day. I think we used them on a dew covered morning, threw em' in the bucket, and after a hot afternoon or a few days maybe that affected the covers. But pretty much about 8+ or so of the balls have tears in the covers. I think I will buy one more dozen just for pitching only and keep them in a bag outside of the trunk and not as roughly kept as the first set I bought.

Stands up to heavy-duty use
I am a private coach who does pitching and hitting pretty much every day. I've found a lot of softballs start out good but quickly lose their texture and become slick, which doesn't work well for me. These balls hold up well, even after being hit into a backstop on a regular basis. They retain their texture and their "pop" so when a hitter hits them toward the field they fly as they should. They are essentially comparable to Dream Seams, but for a much lower price.

Good practice ball
Balls were individually wrapped in plastic and placed in a basic cardboard clothing box. Shipped inside a bigger box. Balls are good for fielding and batting practice. Definitely not quality for a game ball.

Favorite Softballs
I have been a trainer for years and have been through many brands. These are the best bang for your buck and last quite a while. I have around 50 lessons a week taking a wack at them and they have lasted almost a year and a half.

Cheaper by the dozen
At the time I purchased these they were the cheapest leather cover cor 47 375lb ones by the dozen. I needed two dozen for my daughter to practice with. These have held up well over two years now but we don't use them in damp weather. She mostly uses them off a tee hitting into a net but we often hit at a local field. These are the same balls her high school team uses.

Five Stars
Great quality softball. They have great raised seams!

Good Practice ball
Great price for a nice leather ball. I wouldn’t say these far game ready but they are great for practice and especially easier on the wallet

Good Purchase
Why pay so much more for other softballs? These are approved and seem just as good!
