I am very happy with this cover for the top of the stove. It keeps the stove top clean and it is easy to wipe down any spills. I use a damp soapy sponge for easy cleanups. It's not as sturdy as I thought it would be, it's very thin, but it does the job and protects the stove top, so Five Stars so far.

Do not order anything from Stove Guard from the Amazon site. Here's why: I went to order using my stove model number and went to Stove Guard's website. I entered the exact model number of my stove. It was the only model number I had, making it impossible to have entered any other model number. The package arrived today. It was the wrong item for my stove. I called their customer support and an argumentative woman blamed me AND Amazon for the mistake that was clearly impossible because the model number on their shipment to me was something I did not enter. I could not have, as I had only my correct model number. After she continued to blame me and/or Amazon, i simply said, "I want my money refunded." I got an e mail that said do not return the item, send a picture of it cut into four pieces and we will issue a refund in 5 to 7 days.Here's the top of the e mail they wrote blaming me for their mistake:"Thank you for confirming that your model number is actually ( FGGF3059TFD ) and not the model ( FPGC3077RS )that you indicated on your order. We do have a StoveGuard design for your actual model but understand that you would only like the return instructions."A few words of caution to anyone dealing with this company - never trust any business that blames a customer for their mistake. The model number they sent is something I could not have possibly have entered on their order form. Where would I have come up with that? I entered the model number that was on my stove. They have a glitch in their system they are blaming on Amazon.That said, I was quite surprised at the flimsy item they sent over - and they claim it's "Three and a half time thicker than the competition." It is just a piece of slippery plastic that likely costs pennies to produce somewhere offshore. It is cut on some pattern machine. I assume it is high heat resistant because they claim it is. I do not know their cost for this, but $54.95 is an exorbitant price for this product. It's like one of those $29.99 type things where, if you order right now - they'll send you two! (Except it's more than $55 with tax.AS for the return - they did not want it back. They had me cut it into four pieces, photograph it and send the picture back in their refund e mail they sent, thus proving it's not really worth much at all.I'll revisit this review if and when I am refunded the money for the item. OK, you have been warned. I'll keep lining my stove top like I have been - with aluminum foil.

I really am glad I ordered these for my new stove. It is doing the job it said it would do which is keep the stove top easy to clean. I can just take it off and wash it off in the sink let dry or dry it off and put it back on after simply wiping off the stove top. So far it has kept all the big major spills and burns off the stovetop itself. Really like it.

Very flimsy item. It fits the stove, but doesn't cover the entire surface under the grates. So flimsy, any spills just seep underneath it. Not at all what I expected.

It fits the stove top perfectly and I love it.

Ordered the EXACT model number for my stove. This does not fit snugly around the burners so basically doesn't protect the part of the stove that needs protected. Might as well not have it on there at all. There is a HUGE gap between this protector and the burners. WAY too much money wasted for something that didn't even come close to the picture represented on the advertisement.
