Not great, but not bad either.
After self programming fob, it turned engine on, and adjusted everything to my settings. Unfortunately, it takes quite a few tries to unlock the doors. Not as compatible as needed, but it's getting me by.

Don’t buy these. They couldn’t be programmed
Bought these and took them to a Chrysler Dealer to be programmed, but was told they tried to program them and couldn’t get anything to work because they had the wrong protocol setup. Cost me $45 for the programming attempt plus the cost of these key fobs to find out they were junk. Don’t waste your money too.

DIY Programming Not Available If Ignition Recall Applied
The caveat that these fobs are not DIY programmable, for vehicles with the Ignition safety recall applied, is located well down the page, in the middle of a paragraph repeating the earlier listed programming instructions, sans the caveat. Although these fobs save substantially over dealer prices and work after dealer/locksmith programming, it's disappointing to find out the true facts after the new keys have already been cut.
