okay. we 100% sure this fixture can working properly during the winter days in usa. the fixture is aluminum. the working temperature range is -60 to +80 cel. it can stand 95% extrem weather on the earth. we used rubber rings inside and glued all the eages and spaces just to make this lamp is wateroproof. also the power supplly inside is waterproof made, let's say even if water goes inside of this lamp, it still works for at least 5 years.
