I was a bit worried that I'd find this too hard to do; that I'd fall off and injure myself. I was also worried that it might be another little exercise device that ends up in a cupboard or behind a chair...but I was really pleased to first of all find that it was really easy and enjoyable on the low settings - then pretty quickly I could move to the more challenging levels. Never felt unsafe at any time because at worst you might kind of stumble off it (make sure you have some space around you) and just sort of step off. In terms of whether I'll keep using it - well, so far I'm sort of addicted to it haha. I find that I can just do 5 to 10 minutes here and there. I think I will keep it going because it's enjoyable and easy but I can certainly feel it working out my muscles too and building strength. My balance has improved very considerably after just a week or so. It arrived well packaged, it's very nicely manufactured, sturdy and very well thought out. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to improve core strength & balance.

I really made the right decision when selecting this balance board. The Blue Planet Surfer with its different challenge levels caters for my needs to apply those levels flexibly. The one I currently enjoy most is level 3 and sometimes I switch between 2 and 3, depending on how I use the board. I am excited that I will soon give level 4 a go!

The balance board is nice and sturdy and very well made. It is also perfect for seniors to help maintain balance as you get older as it doesn't wobble around too much when starting off low then progressing to the more challenging modules as you get better. Would recommend.

This is a good quality balance board, worth the money in my opinion.

To be honest I don't know why people complained about a tight fit, it all fits perfectly for me, tight fit but a mit of muscle and brain can figure it out easy. When you put in the inserts and take me out make sure to flip the board first, don't try and play with the inserts whilst holding the board it's too much effort. Push the inserts in when the board is laying on the ground upsidedown. Works well feels good on ma feet, some dope kit

I bought the balance surfer to help with my sup surfing and it also enabled me to have a stand up desk for video meetings. Nice quality and I can already feel the leg burn

I normally don't write reviews but this product is beyond my expectation. It is well made, high qualitied, beautifully designed, and super fun to use. The green module has the perfect level of balance for using with standing desk. I already saw an improvement in my leg and glute strength after only a few days of using it. I highly recommend this product!

どうやらタイプ別でデッキの素材が違う様です。 ベーシックタイプはスケートボードの様なギザギザの滑り止め。 写真ではお姉さんが裸足で乗っているので 真似して裸足で乗ってみましたが、まったく足裏は痛くない。 手の平をのせて腕立て伏せしても血は出ません。 体重を掛けると結構な角度を付けられるけど、不思議と倒れない。 悪天候でも室内で体幹を鍛えられます。

This board is well made and easy to set up. I am currently using it at work with my strand up desk. For over a year I've used wobble discs so I figured that I'd be using the medium or hard insert. But I followed the advice given and started with the easy insert. While my knees, ankles, and core don't feel like they're getting much of a workout at this level, I have noticed that my feet are getting a much tougher workout. I can tell it is still affecting the other muscle groups as other exercises have gotten easier, but I am still surprised at how much stronger my base is for everything I do. I can't wait to move up to the next level as I expect I will begin seeing even more benefits as I progress.
