As long as you have a binder that will hold the pages you will be fine. The pages are very thin and it is advised to pick up some round self sticking leag tabs. Use good lighting because the print is very light. It has a lot of great authors and their works so, it was worth the purchase.

Book served its purpose. Binding was loose and it was marked up and had writing on the pages but that’s expected with rental books. Aside from that I am satisfied with my rental.

It has hundreds of writings, and my class is only covering a couple dozen. It's a great introductory textbook to some of the most respected and well-known writers for each category!For faculty, it's being used in my English 2020: Introduction to English Literature class. :)

Ummm....my book came with sand in it. First question is HOW did it get there?? Because I hate sand, it’s course and it gets everywhere. Other than the sand, the book was in moderate condition.

This book is in great condition. I was sad that I didn't read about this and ended up with a hardcover....My fault though
