I was getting constant pain in my forearm and searched all over for solutions. My massage therapist recommended me getting something similar to this. I found this one online ( a lot cheaper than other options) and it works great. I use it at home after a long day on the computer.

I purchase this to roll my quad and calf. I have stiff muscles. they have been feeling better. I tried it on my neck and I didn't like it and it also pulled my hair.
