I bought the large and it fits great. The arms are a little tight near the elbow. I already had a little muscle. Gives a great appearance. Would be nice if shirt included some lat and back pads. Maybe the seller can be contacted for this. I think fabric is silk. Will be warm on hot days. Wearing deodorant will minimize hand washing. Sleeves come to 1 1/2 to 2 inches from elbow joint so short sleeves may be worn if they are a bit longer than the muscle shirt. I contacted seller and their technology department will study the idea of adding back muscle padding. I hand wash with a cloth or sponge and don’t ever get the pads wet. I have two shirts so one is available while the other is being washed/dried. For a bigger look, you can wear two shirts one over the other.

It could look better with the biceps but it’s actually pretty believable and one other thing I didn’t like it’s that the triceps are bigger than the biceps. But good overall

This is fantastic for under a costume, really helps add a lot of natural looking definition, without looking funky or awkward. What's nice and unique about this, is that it also has the arm definition as well. Really helps add to the effect. Be aware that the sleeves are longer, so they might stick out of a T-Shirt, but they have to be in order to get that additional padding. Fits very snugly, but it has to be so that it doesn't stick out and look weird while wearing it. The material is still stretchy enough that it should contour fine. All in all, this will be fantastic for additional added costume effects. Very impressed! We'll see how it handles in the wash, but so far so good! I like it!

I paid over $40 for a product that was sent without the main and central part of that product that was advertised in the title and picture; aka the chest pads. So wrong, so not cool, literally taking advantage of someone just trying to buy something privately to make them feel better about themselves after muscular atrophy brought on by being bed ridden for almost a year due to a car accident that left me unable to keep muscle tone in my upper body due to the treatment. I would feel humiliated to bring this to a place so I could return this considering the type of item and its desirability being rooted in discretion. Thanks bro

After a few months of wearing this, the pockets which hold the pads begun to come apart. I think it started with one of the sleeves, then one of the chest comartments, and eventually all but one upper deltoid. I started to think of buying fabric glue to fix it, but didnt. I did have fabric tape, the kind that sticks between the skin and shirt to remedy it, although helpful, but not a permanent fix for this shirt. The shirt begun to become slouchier over time(few months). White not the best choice if staining a concern, which happened to gray at neckline and underarms. Washing was done gently and air dried. Pte-wash stain remover didn't help. I would have to consider this as just a novelty item. Quality, then is poor. The fit early on was ok, until after few months, maybe 4 months. I've dome no activities to some intensity to cause this wardrome failure. Would I buy again? Maybe, but in black perhaps with the understanding for costume/novelty. For these reasons noted, the price is way too high. 2.5 Stars rating from me.

Its exactly like the advertised picture. I'm a 42 inch chest and I ordered the 13 inch neck which is XL.

I enjoy wearing it. Fits true to size. Looks nice.
