I verified that this cable would work with my ECGA power supply by reading manuals, and also by MANUALLY VERIFYING THE VOLTAGES WITH A MULTIMETER. By every measure this should have functioned with my power supply. When plugged in, this cable causes the power supply to short. It didn't permanently damage anything, but it just doesn't work. The seller may have information listed incorrectly about this product, or the product is a failure.

this destroyed my two SSDs powered by the cable as well as my power supply. Seriously angry. Scam company

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!! It shorted out my Corsair commander core and none of my fans would work. Stay away from this cheap product. This product as cause my power supply to short out but thankfully still works.
