The 3/4" output is 3/4" straight thread (garden hose) and not NPT
This pump is very high quality. BUT... be prepared to go hunting for adapters because the 3/4" output is 3/4" straight thread (garden hose) and not NPT. If space is an issue then take into consideration the almost 4" extra required to make this fit into a 3/4" copper pipe system. I called Duda and was told that the pump was designed to connect to systems via flex tubing and that pumps generally have straight thread and not NPT. They also told me where I could find small adapter fittings (Which are very expensive) Since the system is designed to run at less than 40 PSI I bought some 3/4" Straight Thread (Garden Hose) to 3/4" NPT adapters at Menards. Then I sweat a 3/4" NPT to 3/4" pipe into my system. The layout is 16" long instead of 11 1/2" end to end. But with luck it won't leak.
